Lovely staff, very helpful, polite and friendly. Food is great, there is a wait at busy periods, but they do make the effort. Entertainment consists of bingo, followed by Bingo and more bingo Karaoke we all sit out to watch lol Had a signer the other night, she was very good. Ordered a pickup order at this place. Getting to the place was full of one lane roads and it was not easy getting there. Pickup though was very easy and I got my immediately. The itself was ok. Not the best but not the worst I've had. It is inside a caravan resort as well. Had and fish and from this location was amazing tasting and had lovely herb taste also fish and we had were a little dry but nice fish was hot and well cooked very tasty all being said great takeaway for your holiday Very surprising for the environment but the food was excellent and tasty. Pizzas was tasty. We really enjoyed it and good alternative for the area. Takeaway delivery. Food was awful and definitely not worth the £27 paid! were cold and like value oven chips! Fish was overcooked, bland and like a shop bought frozen cod, portion size was tiny like a kids meal. Don't bother even if your starving!! Would have been better off going to Tesco and buying and cooking it Absolutely disgraceful. Amongst other things, a large fish with medium was ordered, planned on being shared between two people. As pictured, the portion size of the is appalling. It honestly pains me to even imagine the size of a small portion! However, we were open minded and assumed there had been a mistake, so called to rectify the problem. Not only were we told this was the correct amount of food with no remorse, the phone was put down on us! Incredibly immature, is this establishment managed by toddlers? It seems so, as they are definitely the target audience for these meal sizes. Food was actually good - we would order from Deano’s most times now they’ve stopped delivering to our area all together so rating has now dropped 🤷‍♀️ there really isn’t many places to order outside of Looe but now it’s just one less Staying at the campsite so we got a takeaway from deanos as it’s on site. Pre ordered to be collected at 5 although on arrival wasn’t ready and had to wait 15 minutes, I wasn’t too bothered by this as it’s expected, however it wasn’t particularly busy. I ordered cod, and curry sauce, paid extra 10p to add salt and vinegar to it. When we brought it back to the van opened up and found a child’s portion of inside. The tasted ok but were not fresh chip shop they are just frozen chefs larders. The cod looked ok at first glance but when I turned it over the batter wasn’t even cooked properly so soggy it fell apart. For the price of £15.34 for cod and I expected a lot more value for money. My partner ordered chicken nuggets, cheesy and gravy. Again the chip portion size was of a kids. The nuggets tasted good but the gravy sauce was cold. We paid £12.25 for her meal and again value for money wasn’t great. Finally we got a jumbo sausage for our dog for the price of £2.49, I have to say trigger a really enjoyed his meal. Having spent just over £30 for our meals I can’t help but feel a little bit ripped off which is why I’m writing this review. The campsite is lovely but I wouldn’t return for the food, next time we will support a local restaurant.
