Clean and new looking building. Toilets not so clean, neither was the high chair which was provided. Crepes were more like pancakes and greasy. They were covered in strawberries which took away any other flavours. I've eaten crepes all over and they should be thin and crispy. The ice cream with the crepes was lovely but the other cream was cheap warm spray cream. The hot chocolate was average but would have been better with cream on top. The latte was nice. If I revisit I would choose one of the ice cream deserts rather than a crepe. Staff were friendly although you have to go up to and give your table number. Great food, great choice, little bit on the high priced bracket, clean environment, staff could be a little happier but I'll defo go back My sister and I went there last week. We pistachio nut delight and waffle with bueno which were really tasty . We got it very quickly and didn't wait for more than 7 mts for the deserts. We did enjoy that but we couldn't finish it because of large quantity. Staffs were very welcoming . I do recommend this shop for those who love deserts. Very clean place with dim lights .I loved that ambience. Lovely desserts, very filling! I've removed a star though as kids were running wild through the restaurant, making so much noise we couldn't hear our conversation. (Albeit not the restaurant's fault, just bad parenting in my opinion). Delicious desserts! The ingredients and selections on the toppings were great. The white chocolate went fab with the strawberries and banana. The staff were friendly and polite. I would revisit again. The only downside is it can be a little pricey but as a treat now and again I would say it's ok. It would be good if they did midweek offers/deals if buying more than one etc Awesome food!!! The best place for the sweet tooths out there!!! Worst service ever. We came here with my son and nephew I thought I will treat them for a desert but it was a mistake. We 3 strawberry indulgences waffles and they all came different one had flakes the others didn’t as you can guess with little kids it’s an issue. Then we received the waffles but the drinks were no where to be seen after a while they came one by one and the last drink didn’t arrive after all the waffles where finished. So I said no need for it as we have finished I said can I have a refund for it which they said they can’t issues a refund I should pick something different so we argued for 5 mins in to get a refund for an item which I didn’t receive what a joke of a service never again. Sorry but this is not acceptable. They came and apologised after but they ruined the day. Had not one but two poorly conducted interviews here. I'd like to be able to tell you what was said to me, but I couldn't hear a word due to having music blasted into my ears. Why are proprietors so proud of their ableist establishments? Food and service are good, but the toilets need to be cleaned and filled with toilet roll I’ve from here multiple times and every single time they never send the or I get sent the wrong one. Don’t from here if you want to be disappointed. Called so many times and nobody answers the phone either The new signature cheesecake was really yummy. Definitely coming back🤌 So nice 🍰🍷 we had it delivered so i don’t know if this had anything to do with it , but they drink we had curdled milk on the top , the “tapioca pearls” weren’t tapioca pearls they were the popping pearls that tasted like the smell of rubber , the one out of two desserts we had was absolutely fine but the other dessert that was a strawberry indulged crepe , was inedible, the chocolate was like water , the crepe was absolutely freezing cold and stuck to the paper and the strawberries were hard , the worst experience i’ve ever had and probably would never again. we had to pick at the crepe to eat because we didn’t want to waste money as we spent £30. I had a fantastic time at kaspa’s. Finally one of the luxury dessert spot in Bridgend opened. Highly recommended 👌 Lovely dessert place, the options are so vast and very good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful and we can't wait to visit again I think you should go there on empty stomach not after a meal as the portion is good and desserts are heavy delicious 👌😋 Didn't get what we and when i complain staff was very rude Iv been ordering from this place for a few years now and I have been satisfied every time, so worth the prices and the food is always so enjoyable, totally would recommend Lovey place to go all the kids enjoy and really affordable Kaspa's deserts was a 10/10 experience for me and my friends, I really enjoyed the food and my favourite was the waffles I visited it in morning and waffle and sundae it's was so delicious and well presented. Service was excellent Highly recommended 👍I for my daughter’s birthday and i just had really wonderful experience.. Quality and quantity all was perfect..
