One of the Best Places To Visits in Saint-Calixte Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Great for every age, fun waterslides. 42po 46po 48po required heights for taller slides. Tiger was spectacular, can feed animals for 5$ Nice place for kids when you buy with the family zoo. The place is massive with lots of activities. What i did Not like is the restaurant. 1 small snackshop and not many options, food is not tasty so you cannot enjoy a nice meal. Burgers is just a thin meat and bun, fries oily and dry, chicken tenders dry and oily. Bring your own food and plenty of water and healthy snacks. Water slides are either too basic or too extreme for adults. Nice place for a family but needs adjustments. We went there for the campground. Which is huge. Except there is no indication that when you have rv it is the second entry and not the first. It a huge camp ground so be prepared to walk a-lot if you have young children. If not the rent gold carts which are $115/day. If not they have a-lot of activities like water park , air brush tattoo , 2 swimming pools , inflatable castles , deck hockey , climbing , mini putt , soccer , tennis court , a wave pool and a little tubing river which we found by exploring as it not in much view or indicated. They have a maze , 2 haunted houses , they also have a magic castle which was amazing for the children. They have a fee mascots. They have a gaming van as well , along with a small zoo. Everything is open 10am until 18pm. On summer days i would have left it open until 19-20hpm on summer days. If not they have one small pool that is opened until 20hpm but a maximum of 50 people only. It is also dog friendly on the camping site. Over all we enjoyed our time and did not think it would be so big ! It was amazing You can bring your own food, Alcohol not allowed I love this place, but it’s so big that it’s impossible to finish everything in one day. You can rent a motorized cart for $100 per day, which I found a bit expensive, or you can walk for about 15 minutes to get to the zoo. After that, you can take a free bus to reach the large water park, but you still have to climb a hill to get there. If you’re bringing small children, I suggest bringing a pull cart. The kids were really disappointed because we didn’t have enough time to do all the activities, especially since the water park closed at 4:45, 15 minutes earlier than the announced closing time, and it was a really hot day. I suggest extending your closing time by an hour because 4:45 is too early. I really love the place, but it’s exhausting, and there’s not enough time to enjoy everything. ⚠️Beware depending on which way you're coming from, f you're camping with a trailer, the road to get there is wicked and if I wasn't an experienced driver I would have cried. Hills, winding narrow roads, sudden stop signs. It was a white knuckle experience. Camped for a week. Pros: Lots to keep you entertained and you don't have to rush everything in one day Geared towards younger kids unlike a lot of parks Nice big camping spots Golf carts for rent to get around the large compound (115$/day) Haunted house was actually pretty spooky at times. Magic Castle was whimsical. Cons: Nothing has English options, that's fine we knew which province we were in. ‼️sewage smell. They do not cap their septic pipes on empty sites. Activities were worn down and could use some maintenance Water slides need more water to them, pretty dry so sometimes lighter people got stuck in spots or had to push themselves through it. Also got some crazy "rug burn" from one. No discounts for renting golf cart multiple days Overall we enjoyed not having to leave the site for the full 7 nights since we could break up lots and do things we enjoyed more than once. I have an amazing experience on Halloween. They did enormous work to organize and decorate the place, to find actors and instruct them. Make-up was awesome. Top notch service. Highly suggest bringing kids 12 and older (for haunted house). And one more I could not mention: prices are absolutely affordable. Beautiful place. Both manoir was wonderful. We enjoyed it with family.
