It was very crowded, loud, and people were drunk, smoking cigarettes, and littering like crazy. The would be gorgeous if it weren’t for the cigarette butts everywhere. Lots of children and teenagers, if that isn’t your vibe. (It wasn’t mine) Beach cleared out after 6pm on the weekend. This is a super touristy beach. Yes it’s when the tide is low you can see that part that you see in photos. But there are so many people there in the and in the sand, even if you go early. It has a super overpriced bar that sometimes throws parties. When I went there ( July 2025) the was very green from the algae, but you can find some clear spots Un po deluso. IMPORTANT❗️ Come here early in the morning, gets very busy from 11am onwards. Water level was the same from 7am-12pm mid day. But the amount of people there ruined it. The bars along the front are very expensive too. It’s a nice indeed, if you’re looking festive and music. If you like a calm, relaxed and more family friendly surrounding I would recommend other beaches in Ayia Napa. Absolutely stunning view with clear but a little bit for my taste. Nissi is beautiful, with stunning water, but be prepared to arrive early to secure a sunbed as the gets quickly. I didn’t experience the wild parties that everyone promised. There’s a café that plays music at some point during the day, where people gather, sing, and drink, but it’s not quite the party vibe I had expected. What a noisy and bussy place with horrible techno music in background and ugliest view fron the we saw in cyprus. We were there only on our way back from the caves and i was sooo happy that we choose different place in to stay. If you don't like quiet and privacy on the beach, and you are a fan of crazy loud bad music and ugly views on the then its a place for you. If not like us...run;) I really enjoyed the so much! Even tho we arrived here at 16:30, and it was a little bit crowded, the was very warm and nice to stay there. The was nice, it was not so hot outside. And it's very cheap all the things around! It was lovely and we had a lot of time. PS: it was a little bit confusing at first for us, because a big part of the was covered in algae. But we kept walking and discovered crystal clear water, everything so perfect. The club there it's not that great, the music was loud, but it wasn't a problem for us personally. Sandy beaches whenever you will come, there maybe wont be place on the sun bed (2,5€per bed) but the place for your towel for sure.
