Popped into the office to a few items home. They had a great selection of boxes, envelopes, padded envelopes and stationery. The office itself is bright, clean and airy. I was served by Margaret who was very friendly and helpful, and the postman arrived to collect the parcels while I was there so mine went out immediately. The staff here are always delightful, kind, patient go above and beyond to be helpful. It’s a clean, peaceful environment with all the resources we need to hand. Thank you so much! After being advised by a colleague to go to the Office in order to get my passport renewed, I did so. The young girl Becky who sorted everything out for me could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable. She had the entire process done and dusted within less than ten minutes, and told me the new passport was guaranteed within three weeks (which is fantastic in itself); but the actual wait time from application to receiving it was 11-12 day. When I commented on how expensive the was, I was advised how to save money by combing my parcels that were going to two children who lived at the same address.
