Two women that were serving when i was there were both pleasent, freindly and helpful. Only downside was when i attended (Thursday evening at 7pm) no snooker were free but seeing it was a meet up with a friend i hadnt seen for ages we just played instead. Looking for a new club, came across this place. Absolutely brilliant, prices and great staff. are well looked after and always cleaned,. Been traveling from Portsmouth here and will continue to do so. Staying in the area and thought it was convenient by the Premier Inn. Don’t bother. Won’t accept a walk in. Members only. Been coming here for a few years now but over time service has just declined massively, and the way staff speak to customers including members of their management is appalling.
