The facilities are very clean and very polite helpfull staff.. and they got Aqua gym which is very good for the injured person as I got injury to my leg .. the disabled parking is the furthest way from the entrance and people park in these with no badges. And the showers have no seat in so if you like me you won't be able to shower after a swim.... the health suite is all so very clean and tidy atmosphere.. the gym is a very well equipped and again very clean and tidy and with good atmosphere.. in all would recomend the activities at this sport centre.. Used the 3G pitch for footy not bad at all Parking is a nightmare, probably worse when flats are complete Great place staff The facilities are awful here pool is dingy and small Great leisure facilities, however so much room to add extra seating for parents during swimming classes etc. Try using this seating area more efficiently. Gym is incredibly small, for 5 people at a time. They belong to Rhondda council and the old mentally ill folk who dealing with memberships cancelled ours for 3 times in a row due to the reason that i cant be a student for more than 3 years lol Now idiots lost 2 gym goers and £42 profit. Clean tidy and service great place to spend some time and relax, sauna is great, the steam room is usually way warmer than the sauna, so make sure you enter it a little bit after the steam cools down. there's a swimming pool and some other classes for great prices. there's also a gym. My 7yr old granddaughter was covered in goosebumps the hole time we were in there. We will not be going there again. I was disgusted how cold the water was.
