Took our Grandson here, our first visit, he had a time, Price was good, food prices were OK too. He banged his head on a corner of a table (they all have knocks and bangs) there were round tables, maybe replace all your tables for round ones. We booked this venue for a private birthday. Have to say hands down it is the best playcentre around!! Theres enough to keep of all ages entertained! We chose this venue not only for the facilities...but the excellent menu for us Adults ( we need to keep entertained too!) I agree with the reviews regarding the staff: always helpful, nothing was too much for them and they attended to all our needs whilst keeping a smile! :) A big shout to the team on the day for helping to create a very memorable, enjoyable : Laiba, Qasim & Madinah! Wow absolutely place. From going in to the end the were outstanding, Very helpful, professional, polite and bent over backwards to help us. Nothing was a problem for them. They went above and beyond. The cared when my little one was scared on a ride and then later went back on it and loved it. The lovely lady said my little one was loving it now and getting used to it. All behind the counter, on the rides, the manager and the planner caitlin were wonderful. I can't thank them enough. The food was amazing, they even do gluten free food too. I had chips only but there was other choices available. Lovely section too. Will definitely be back thank you so much for a wonderful day 💗 x Brilliant for 3yrs up as they can go on so much. Not so for my 2 year old as the smaller areas aren't monitored to which older are on them, and are obviously excited and playing with not a worry for little ones in their way Fun and busy but the love it 3+ floors of soft high speed climbing fun for massive slide looked clean. The food wasn't bad a little bit pricey but captive location easy to see why... the was fantastic and HELPFUL. The was a second part if you payed extra for the they could ride some bumper cars and othe rides inside a safe netted location... Gate for hide and seek... Not so fun when trying to find your as its to go home 🤔🤣 25 min later This location gets Very very busy so if you're not one for high volume crowds this isnt for you especially is the school holidays.. As this review states, the experience here is great. Just got home from my daughters 8th at Monkey Playland and again had an experience and a all round. Same package, same benefits, same service. Thank you again to all the for an for my little girl. Paid for the all inclusive package for my daughters 7th for 12 children. Initially was a little annoyed at having to ask for the unlimited juice 3 times before it arrived. After that the service provided was nothing but class and what value for money. The food provided was excellent and plentiful, the bags and sweet cones where brill and a addition to the package. Obviously being a that was always going to be good, but the for us was well decorated, spacious and private enough to feel special. I genuinely dont think we could have had a better for the money we paid, so would highly recommend for parties. I saw one member helping a child who forgot where her dad was, he did it very considerately not to frighten her. are really and are always going around cleaning and resetting tables etc. I dropped a star only as I’ve never liked the food when I’ve visited - not terrible just the pancakes were too sweet for me, the chicken wrap was too saucy that it fell apart. It was nice though. Coffees are nice and they do have alternative milk which has been for me. They have a big selection of food, drink and snacks. Bathrooms are good most times we visit. Yes sometimes the place can look a bit rundown but where the go is good. I love that there’s different sections - Do pay for the wristband as it’s worth it to keep the kiddies entertained. The place seemed chaotic - where multitasking different areas. After seating ourselves downstairs, we attempted to order food ten minutes later, informing the of our location. A member then commented to a colleague about customers sitting in the wrong places whilst still serving me. After I sat back down, the member in question came and asked us to move, claiming our seats were reserved, despite the absence of any reservation sign (which i pointed out). While the food arrived promptly, it was incorrect; I received cheese on toast instead of the tuna toasties I ordered. Later, when ordering snacks, there was a significant queue, yet members were too busy talking amongst themselves instead of serving customers. The staff's behavior was quite rude, and there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness. It seemed that larger parties were prioritized. I will likely wait a considerable before visiting again, as there are other, more welcoming and better-organized soft areas in the Had a here at monkey playland, for my daughter's 8th birthday, what an experience, the manager was amazing, front of house was fantastic, and of course I can not forget Leah and Skye who were brilliant and served us well, they could not do enough for us, what a fantastic day. I would definitely book to come back. You get a five star from me. Had my step daughter's here last weekend, everything went well. The children had a time. Plenty of food and drinks. Shootout to William at the bumper cars who put them at ease with their nerves getting on for the first time. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Monkey Playland for my daughter’s 4th party! From start to finish, everything was beyond expectations. Our host (apologies, I forgot her name) was incredible - she went above and beyond to make sure the day was magical for everyone. There was so much to do, catering to all ages, and the had an time.
