Great family day out and good value. The various activities throughout the day are interesting and enjoyable for little ones (e.g. animal petting, lamb feeding, tractor ride). The onsite cafe is really good with quick service. The star of the show is of course the ice cream. Well worth a visit We always enjoy our days out here, From petting the animals, running wild in the indoor adventure park to riding the zip line and go karts outside.. there's lots to do for all ages and it has a real family feel about it.. Kids and adults are priced the same to enter currently £7.95 under 2's are free.. Ice-cream is local and tastes delicious. We've done the maze Pumpkin picking, Wild flower field Visit Santa Pyo strawberries And other random days out Brilliant day out at the Pumpkin Festival. Good quality pumkins. Lots of photo opportunities. Take out food & drink available. Also ice cream parlour open with great choice of flavours. Free to visit. Entrance fee of £5,95 to go into animal barn, play barn, pumpkin carving area, hay bale & woodland walk. Great value day out with beautiful views of Yorkshire dales. Super friendly staff, good food and a good price for the park. My partner and I enjoy a trip here every few weeks to see the animals and enjoy their lovely ice cream. A fab family day out. My toddler particularly loved the tractor ride and all the different vehicles dotted around that he could sit on. The play area and sand pit were great too. Lovely food in the cafe and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it! Who doesnt like to wander around a field full of pumpkins and choose the biggest one , pleanty if choice from tib, to small, medium or large Beautiful views, a stall selling food, icecreams, toilets and other activities throughout the year like strawberry picking There is a park fir the younger children, i believe at this time of posting £8.50 entry Very well organised and managed. Ideal for young families. However, it was very easy to spend quite a lot on pumpkins, food, drinks, entry fees, tractor rides etc etc..... I don't blame the farmer for turning his farm into Disney land, there's no profit in real farming any more! A lovely calm Sunday day out. Cows, donkeys, ponies, pigs with their piglets, goats, guinea pigs, ducklings, chicks, and sheep with their lambs. Our admission gave us the opportunity to feed a baby lamb (this treat i believe is season dependant) we had a little queue and got to hold a bottle where a hungry lamb was guided up to our chair and it chugged the bottle down. The play area is fantastic, aimed at children with the walking ability and upwards. If your brave enough to venture over the stream there is a little woodland adventure to be had (not suitable for buggy’s). The cafe was so clean, really fast service and great food. Childs sandwich came with crisps. We both had a toasty and ordered a portion of chips to share between us all. Toilet facilities were also great and I saw baby changing facilities and a lot of high chairs available. Cutlery and sauces brought to your table with your order, best to give your table number when ordering. There is lots of picnic benches and there was hand washing facilities after seeing the animals. The newest barn held two bouncy castles too. Cafe also offered sweet cakes and ice-creams.
