So, I had the chance to stay here for a short surgery and recovery, mind you I am not very enthusiastic about it as I wish I didn't have to do it. Still, from check-in to check-out, I found the to be very professional and gentle. For me the gentleness and patience were important as it was the first time I stayed in a hospital and first time having a surgery. Everyone spoke English, at different levels and even if their knowledge was basic, they all made an effort to accommodate me. I remember all of them fondly and mostly a nurse name Peggy, that took of me in the moments right before and right after the surgery. Her calm attitude and gentle voice provided all the calm I needed in those moments. Thank you for that. The recovery room, the food, the ambient around it may not be the best, in the end it's an and it's quite noisy with planes coming and going. I could see through the window one of the main gates. For 48h-72h, it's bearable. My focus and my mind were on the results of the surgery and being cared for. All went well, no complications so got out of there with a smile on my face, of course below an FPP2 mask, cause' Covid is around. Hope I won't have to visit this place again. Received very and was able to make our 7:00 am even after receiving an IV. Thank you for your efficient, professionalism and compassion. Just went here because I got tonsillitis while traveling and the doctors were so kind and sweet. Everything was very and they really seemed to care. They did not give antibiotic, but this is common in Germany because they don’t just hand it out to people and only give it when it’s really necessary which I also appreciate. Ich persönlich kam mir nicht vor, als wäre ich in einer Klinik, sondern eher in einem guten Hotel: Der Service war absolut perfekt: freundliche Krankenschwestern und Pfleger, reichhaltiges und gutes Essen (man kann sich aus diversen Speisenangeboten das für sich passende aussuchen)...der Blick direkt aufs Vorfeld des Münchner Flughafens ist einfach klasse. Aber auch die medizinische Betreuung war von Anfang bis Ende als komplett professionell zu bezeichnen. Ich habe mich wirklich zu jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Klare 5 Sterne Empfehlung Die mit Abstand beste Klinik in der ich war. Ich würde an der Schulter operiert und musste eine Nacht bleiben. An dem Abend lief Fußball und es gab zum Abendbrot ein Augustiner 👍.Das Essen war wirklich gut. Wartezeit vor der OP hielt sich in Grenzen. An jeder Stelle war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles sehr professionell. Ich denke niemand möchte operiert werden aber wenn es sein muss, dann hier. Normalerweise wenn es einem gefallen hat kommt man gerne wieder aber in diesem Fall sag ich danke und auf nimmer Wiedersehen. 😉 Ich wurde in der Klinik von Dr. Rentsch an der Hüfte operiert. Angefangen beim Zeitmanagement, dem Empfang und Aufnahmegespräch, der Essensauswahl hinzu den absolut freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern hat man sich hier rundum sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Egal ob die Ärzte und Pfleger/innen, das Reinigungspersonal - wirklich ALLE waren super freundlich! Ich kann diese Klinik von Herzen nur empfehlen! I had fallen in another city’s while I was boarding a Lufthansa to Munich. My foot caught on the tile and tripped me. I fell on my hands but 3 of my fingers on my left hand dislocated. The attendants gave me ice so I could ice my left hand. By the time the 1hour and 20 minute completed my hand was swollen and fingers were not able to move. We walked to the Middlenich and was seen immediately. Dr. Zoran was wonderful and the admitting were awesome. Dr. Corn had told me that a very special nurse had just arrived and that she will need to remove two of my rings from my fingers. One of them was my wedding ring. She tried everything from soap to threads to wires to remove the rings. She was determined to remove them and did manage to remove the wedding ring but had to cut the one on my middle finger. She was so gentle Reno them which seemed Ian impossible task. She worked over an hour trying to remove them.Her name is Erika and I owe my entire left hand to her! The other Doctor on later in the evening was Dr. Wachter. He was amazing and told me that I will be able to make my back to the United States in the morning. This facility and are superb. They are so and kind. If you ever need assistance at the Munich please have complete confidence in the staff. They have 7 stars and well deserved! The Munich personnel was absolutely fantastic when they took charge of me after an unfortunate problem that occured on the airplane (May 2025). Upon arrival in the airport, the doctor rapidly diagnosed the problem, took adequate procedures, monitored closely my condition. All personnel provided me with the proper care. We were panicked, but all informations were given in a professionnal manner and moreover with a human approach. They even helped us with the necessary details for our next flight. Frankly, can you ask for more?Great work! And THANK YOU so much. I saw a doctor quickly. He gave me a prescription, which I filled at the pharmacy. All in all, quite efficient. Two complaints: a) The is at the far end of Terminal E. It is not centrally located. I walked about 15 minutes from Baggage Claim, where I saw the first sign for the facility, until I arrived. That's hardly the end of the world. However, if I were elderly or infirm and in need of care, that would be a challenge. b) As you arrive at the clinic, you will not see anyone at all. There is a closed door between an elevator and some very confusing signs. One arrow indicates that the is to the left, but it points to some fire equipment. Huh? Basically, you have to ring a doorbell, whereupon a voice will offer to help. They speak German (of course), English, and (I assume) other major languages. All the staff, from reception to the doctors were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The is a big asset to MUC airport, and I highly recommend it for any issues! My mother in law felt unwell upon landing in Munich. We were happy to see there was a in the airport. We walked in and she was able to be seen right away. They wrote her a prescription which she was able to fill at the pharmacy. A very easy process. The was very kind and spoke great English. We had a very pleasant experience at the Munich clinic. My son was promptly evaluated by Dr. S Herberger who was kind and professional. She prescribed medications and provided recommendations that were very helpful. Being a physician myself the services offered exceeded my expectations. Thank you! Everyone was very helpful and had a smile on their faces. Incredible service and workers I became incredibly sick once I was at the airport, right before my back home. help was arranged for me quickly and very soon I was much much better. We want to thank the Munich for all of their assistance during not one but two visits to the Clinic. Both times Frank was denied the Fit to Fly document and each time the Doctor, Paramedics and worked with us. Their knowledge, their patience, and their English speaking skills made us feel comfortable during a very stressful situation. Their time spent speaking long distance to our travel insurance company explaining Frank’s situation along with the global airline guidelines was outstanding.
