Food is excellent and rooms are cleaned everyday to a spotless standard. Made a last minute booking to stay here. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed upon entry even though we were wet and dirty from being on a motorbike in the rain. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious, I ate way too much. Would recommend staying here if in the area. Well worth a ride out from Baden Baden to eat here Nice hotel, but bad service and bed are verybad quality, they are very hard ,its like youre sleepingbon the floor and when i complain about that ,166€ per night whith this kind of bed, they said ok why did you booked here, they are really bad answer,it was family room. Friendly owner, decent enough room (a bit dated), I had a good night's rest. Breakfast was plentyful, a lot of choice, good coffee! The restaurant was also good, had a very nice pasta there. Special mention to the waiter with the black hair, he made his guests feel like they were staying at the Hilton. Very polite, professional and enthusiastic. Keep it up man! I remember staying here a few years ago I arrived at 1am due to delayed flight/ bus replacement but when arrived no one there but key for and stuff left out for me. For the price room was great. Large lots of outlets for my work stuff. My German isn't great and the owners English wasn't great but we figure it over breakfast. Very entertaining week of work staying at this hotel. Loved the people and family who ran it. Unfortunately I don't have to go back to the area with work any more as also as a tourist the area is beautiful .
