We've been here a few time over the last 5 or so years and it remains the best soft-play centre in the area. It is consistently good with a simple setup that hasn't had to change much over the years. The organisation for birthday partys and the general service for unplanned visits just works. The staff are super and the place is clearly well managed. The cleanliness and orderliness is second to none and there are the usual food and drink options that you would expect. There is ample seating for the adults and even a spacious balcony for those wanting more distance from the action! As with any such facility, the noise can get a bit loud, so bring some headphones if you want to switch off or catch up on work. As expected the main requirement is that the children are entertained and on this front there are no problems. The different spaces are clean, safe and well thought out. The children also have lots of space for running or playing tag and are not confronted with constant purchase demands or annoying slot machine type devices. In terms of location it can cater for French, Swiss snd German families and there is plenty of parking for any amount of guests. My child and I have been here twice. We enjoyed it both times. I've only been twice with my 4 year old but some common issues I've had are: 1. Long slow lines at the electric quads for the little ones. There should be someone supervising that on busy weekend days because some parents load their up with tokens for the rides and they never get off and it takes forever to get one. 2. The trampolines are always too packed and a danger zone. Unsupervised come in and just look for a smaller kid they can bounce out by jumping near them etc. I have to sit there with my kid to fend off the larger and let him have some time. 3. The air gun ball launcher doesn't have nearly enough balls. The cage should be swimming in balls so that can get them easily and quickly. Both times we've been, there have been about 10 balls for 4 guns. Aggressive hog all the balls and slowly launch them back in. Please put about 100 balls in there. 4. Hand sanitizer dispensers were all empty both times. 5. Today I was there and it was over crowded. They need to lower the limit of that can be in there at one time. Every play was overcrowded with smashing into each other because there was no room to bounce, climb or jump etc. If you stay with your child and keep things orderly it's generally a good experience. There is space for improvement though. I'd gladly pay a few Euros more for entry to have less children and more supervision. games are cool love playing here , the program its 10-19 not as it says on maps Lovely place for kids..good for birthday parties..full on fun for children while parents can chill and relax!! Auf der Webseite steht zwar klipp und klar, eigene Speisen und Getränke mitgebracht werden dürfen aber das offensichtlich bemüht und geniessend unhöfliche Personal verweigert einem den Eintritt, wenn man das aus deren Sicht falsche Essen dabei hat. Wenn man sie auf die eigene Webseite aufmerksam macht, wird man angeschnautzt mit Sprüchen à la "Wir machen die Regeln. Da ist die Tür. Sie können mit ihren Kindern zurück in die Schweiz gehen, wenns Ihnen passt." Hätten sich die Kinder auf diesen Tag gefreut, wäre ich sofort gegangen. So musste ich diese Behandlung über mich ergehen lassen. Und der grösste Witz ist, ich mit Eintritten und Kindergeburtstagen schon einen vierstelligen Betrag liegen liess aber das ist nun vorbei. PS. Ein kleiner Tipp an die Mitarbeitenden: Wenn man möchte, Speisen oder Getränke mitgebracht werden, die man selbst anbietet, dann kann man das entweder klar auf der Webseite formulieren oder aber den Besucher höflich bitten, das nächste Mal keine Speisen/Geträkke mitzubringen, die das eigene Angebot konkurrenzieren. Crowded house It's still the best indoor playground in the with the Swiss Mega Park as the close second Wir waren im Urlaub und haben da es regnete heute mit unseren 3 Kindern 11, 8 und 1 Jahr und einer gehbehinderten Oma das Kinderland besucht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen die Eintrittspreise sind angemessen und auch die Preise für Speisen und Getränke sind völlig in Ordnung. Das Team ist freundlich und steht's bemüht alles sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Ebenso geht es regelmäßig rum und kümmert sich darum das die Regeln eingehalten werden so daß die kleinsten im Kleinkind Bereich auch spielen können. Als mein Sohn seinen Socken verloren hatte wurde sofort geholfen und mit viel Verständnis auf meine Situation reagiert (da Sockenpflicht) Alles in allem war unser Tag ein voller Erfolg und die hatten trotz viel Besuch jede Menge Spaß. Wir kommen gern wieder danke an das tolle Team für die emsige Geduld den freundlichen Service und für einen schönen Tag bei euch. Selten sowas unfreundliches erlebt.
