Think loads of croissants pressed and then covered with butter and sugar. They also had a wonderful display of patisserie. The best bit, they helped me with my school boy French, Google translate and one of their staff who's English was better than my French to make a cake for my wife's birthday. There's a queue out of their door for a reason. Superb. After two weeks cycling all around Brittany and trying all the different Kouogin Ammans, this place has the best, they even have an amazing chocolate and sarrasin version which are just are good. Went here after some research in the region revealed that it was among the best. Absolutely everything looked delicious, and the shop itself has a lot of character as well. We went all out, bought bread and severap pastries. Bread was some of the best we had in a while, and we are still enjoying the Kouign-amann two days later. Would absolutely recommend taking a little detour for. Just had 2 pizza slices, croissant, pan au chocolate, baguette and a sourdough bread all for €13.90. Then, we get to eat this & wow this place just blew my mind, well done to the baker, the cashier and everyone involved this place rocks the Casbah.
