Generous amount of seating for parents and you can even order food and drinks via their dedicated app. Facilities are always clean and the whole place is well maintained. Brilliant staff. Everything excellent for babies and toddlers. Soft areas suitable for babies, under 5's and under 12's. Party area, cafe, with table service, order at the till or via the app. friendly staff. Accessible entrance, parking and area. Super Cool for all your kids and grandchildren obviously. Lovely atmosphere and extremely safe.. App use is Cool! Had an absolutely fabulous afternoon. Visited Santa today who was amazing with my grandson. He definitely is the real Santa. Magical experience. Great value for money too. Will be coming back next year. This place is okay for kids to run around and have a bit of fun with their friends, the are also nice here and if you book parties then they are flexible. The only downside is that the heaters in the building are terrible so it gets very cold in there. Grandchildren loved it here and the food was lovely. Fabulous for younger children.i have been coming here for years. Lots of area to run around plenty of pre bookable tables to sit and eat from the menu if you wish. My youngest 2yrs 5yrs old, love the role areas, and my 8yrs loves the football pitch there. The baby area is well equipped with toys but my only complaint if any, is they all need new batteries in them!! . The are lovely and helpful . Free parking outside . All in all a lovely couple of hours.wpuld definitely continue to visit. While the centre is good for they definitely need to upgrade the kitchen staff. I appreciate it was 2 days before the return to school but an hours wait for food for children was unacceptable Had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and I couldn’t fault it. Nothing was too much and was there to answer all of your questions. Food was delicious, kids had a fan time. We love the Eden centre for soft but will definitely be back for more parties in the future. Kacey and all the girls were amazing! Nothing was a bother for them and they did everything for our daughter’s party. Fantastic venue very spacious and immaculate, I will definitely be booking further parties there!
