Nice beach, feels safe with the numerous life guards present. Parking can be a bit of hassle to find a spot , we generally had to go a few times around before someone was leaving whose spot we could have. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the from the parking. At the itself there is plenty of space (tide dependent) and a bar/shack that sells refreshments. Nice good parking. Be careful with the strong currents. Good lifeguards on patrol. Fairly decent for a stroll but definitely not for swimming, strong under currents and rocky shoreline would make for no fun. Nice place for kids to explore though. A big with a nice difference between high and low tide. Low tide gives plenty of sand to play on. On the two days we visited, nice waves on the first day and nothing on the second day.
