Plenty to do. Really big beach with clean sand and great sea water if a little chilly. The beach is lined with marvellous restaurants. Predominantly pedestrianised the length of the beach area, so quite safe but you'll still need to keep an eye on the odd car and the many cycles. Speaking of which, if you go there then BRING YOUR BICYCLES. You won't need to drive. If you don't have your own then don't fear, there's plent of places to rent at reasonable prices. It's perfect for cycling from the very young to the very old. The main town centre is only a stones throw away from the beach with many little streets to navigate and loads of shopping, markets and more eateries to choose from if that's what you also like. Look out for local free concerts and performances that may be on during your stay. Well run and helpful marina, can get very busy but staff work hard to find one a place.
