Played mid Aug 25, course in good condition although very dry. Greens good but fairly slow. Great course to play A lovely course with very nice members. If I played golf then I'd say this is a beautiful place for it. As it happens, I'm not a golfer though and probably have no right to leave at review about it. But it is just so pretty here. Just what you want. A beautiful track that makes its way back and forth through the Scottish countryside. A little bit tight for the occasional errant drive and I played from neighboring fairways more than once. The greens were in absolute tiptop condition. Maybe a touch slow but rolling true and pure as can be. I remarked that they were unblemished. No weeds, no pitch marks, and no dead spots. The pro shop was well stocked and the staff helpful and friendly. Outstanding golf course in great condition, catering and bar are fantastic especially Maggie.
