The atmosphere was amazing with that were so friendly and so much fun. There was an abundance of food provided for each party. As much bowling as could be fitted in, a couple of laser quest challenges, incredible aerial display fireworks and fun games with prizes were included in the pirice. First time we’ve been yesterday, as just moved to the area what a fab place (we went with no kids) fab bowling, few arcade games then finished off with few games of pool (has a bar & serves food) friendly helpful staff, will be back to beat hubbys score!! 👍🏻 Walked in and was able to geta Lane for 2 adults and 2 children, was alerted to offers so actually saved money thanks to member. Played 2 games and.we all enjoyed it. Kids had drinks and snacks then played in arcade while we played pool. Clean and tidy and friendly. Parking outside. Wheelchair friendly as all on one level. Thank you 🙂 Having to wait 2 hours for a lane was a bit disappointing but never mind, I thought. So whilst we were waiting I gave my 3 grandsons £10 each for the arcade. Generally the machines were a bit of a ripoff but the final straw was when my 12 year old grandson had a £2 win on one of the machines which didn’t pay. He approached a member of about it and was told he needed proof! What was he supposed to do video each game?!? We have been coming here for about 10 yrs but this is our last visit! Poor experience today for a 6th birthday party we attended. Guests were told to be there for 10.50 for the party to start at 11 we were given extra time for a couple of late guests but we were ready to go at 11.10. The first activity was laser quest the girl said the lasers were not ready so the kids did not go in until 11.30 and it was 11.45 before they got going. Second activity was bowling straight on not a problem but 20 kids years old the was slow so we requested the food be prepped sooner rather than later. The ignored the request and insisted food would be ready once the was finished. There was a young chap who was rude and tried to make out we were the cause of everything running late i explained it was him who did not have laser quest ready before our arrival he then proceeded to ignore me until i pushed to see the manager on behalf of my friend. The manager was not much better just nodded his head and went to prepare the food. The food ran out pretty quick and some more chicken nuggets were requested they went to the effort of cooking 4 extra nuggets. If you can afford to run your fryer for 4 nuggets its beyond me what a joke. Absolutely shocking service. Rang and booked for my son and his friends to go laser questing was told each would be 30-45 minutes, my son went today and was given 15 minutes for each we had paid for 3. When rang up to speak to someone about it there attitude was you shouldn't of bin told that, we was and they won't do anything about it. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!!
