We stopped off for a bite to eat. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room, but we all wanted an 'All Day Breakfast' but it seems the all day part stops at hi noon as we were told that they stop serving breakfasts at 12.00, and there wasn't much on the lunch menu that anyone wanted. So a little tip if you want an 'All Day Breakfast' get there before 12.00 (Noon). I suppose they could change the breakfast name to a 'All Morning Breakfast' It was difficult, not quite 5* and because the sausages are not done properly and the milk for the coffee could use work, 4* it is. Maybe if the bacon was smoked I could close one eye and give 5 but it was not. I assume the gentleman behind the counter is the owner, not a tiny smile or anything, probably not his day. A great little cafe with affordable fresh food. We've come here twice now as part of our holiday and each time we are met with exceptional service from the staff, who are particularly knowledgeable about the local area. The homemade soup was super tasty, and the sandwich was really fresh - lots of Brie! I'd recommend stopping here for some food or a drink whilst visiting Conwy Falls, which is an easy but rocky 15min walk to the waterfall, for a £2 charge through the turnstile. Good size car park and toilets below the cafe. Great location, food and drinks. Full-English breakfast is available after a proper hike. Waterfalls walk starts from the cafe. Large parking. Coffee and home baked scones are perfect! The food here is lovely and the view is just stunning. The first time we came the service was incredible so we decided to come again. Wish we hadn’t. The food do not get me wrong was amazing. But over priced but it’s a popular destination so can see why they hike prices. My issue is the drinks. My friend got a Diet Coke I asked for a glass and received something that resembled a shot glass or very small tumbler. I then bought a milkshake for almost £6. Normal price for a milkshake I thought. When I received it, it was basically just milk. I let the lady know that my milkshake had no flavour. I was told they only put one scoop of ice cream in (£3.70 bear in mind this would cost alone) and a shot of vanilla (60p is that) and milk. It honestly tasted of just milk. She then did offer to make a new one, her face did tell me she was not happy about this and made sure I knew that she would always charge for this as it would have to be an extra scoop. Let’s be honest. i expect far more for £6! Honestly one of the nicest places I have been to. All together, food, service and establishment are all very well put together. Bought two of the snowdon breakfasts and coffee to take away, perfect! Then noticed the cakes of the day and obviously, have to have some of that to take away also. Lovely hot and tasty food, whilst the cakes are sweet and delicious. Bravo guys! We love Conwy Falls Cafe. It is our favourite local place to eat. We have breakfast at least twice a month, the Mexican night is fantastic and they always have delicious cakes. We also tried the afternoon tea and had to take half of it home because the portions were so big! Great value, delicious food and really friendly staff. The car park often looks busy because of the Go Below, but it is well worth checking to see if there is a table available. A wonderful cafe in the perfect location for Conwry Falls. The lady at the till and chef was absolutely brilliant. Really perfect stop with the children. The tuna is half eaten in the photo btw.
