We went for the ultimate our guide was Caro she was fantastic, very knowledgeable and made the whole trip a really enjoyable day. Even in the rainy weather this is still a brilliant activity. On a session you get two runs down the rapids which lasted around 20 minutes each. The instructors we had were both super friendly and professional and made everyone in the group feel very relaxed especially when providing detailed instructions and guidance on how it would work once in the raft. Professional photos are taken at various points as you're going down which you can emailed for £25. Something that seems well worth it when you see the quality of the pictures. I would 100% come back and recommend to anyone thinking about it. When they ask if you want to surf just know if you're at the front it's more like boarding but it's apart of the experience. An absolutely brilliant day out. The instructors were friendly and made the day really enjoyable. If you can, book for the longer sessions so you get to do the 2/3 times, you'll get so much more from it. Suitable for all fitness levels and even though we went in October, it wasn't too cold despite the fact we got soaked!! Wow - this has been the highlight of our holiday. We have two young boys just old enough for the main rapids, and they loved it - the whole family loved it. We also sis the safari - such fun down and also jumping in the for a swim. Very safe, every enjoyable, very likely to return! An unforgettable adventure! We had such an amazing time – full of laughter, adrenaline, and memories. At first, we were a bit scared, but the guides were incredibly professional, kind, and made us feel completely safe throughout. They created a super fun and enjoyable atmosphere, and we honestly couldn’t stop laughing! It was a real adventure, and we left with big smiles and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! Very clean loos and traditional cafe (with oat milk available) with plenty of picnic tables outside by the river. The walking trail was shorter than expected, especially as the first small section on the opposite bank is currently closed. So more of a beautiful wander through the trees by the than a proper 1hr walk. for kids/ buggies/ wheelchairs on surfaced paths. We’ll go out if our way to be back for the bacon butties, but plan a walk elsewhere. Outstanding couple of hours in the Ultimate white experience! Took my 12 year old son and we loved it! Everyone incredibly friendly, pre-rafting training and our instructor George was brilliant. We bought the photos afterwards too - £25 for the lot, emailed straightaway and a memory of our experience. What a lovely place to come to and have a nice walk along the river, I came here a few year back and went white and it was amazing well worth ago. This is the third time I have visited and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is superb with beautiful countryside and fantastic rapids. The instructors do a job in making your fun and memorable. The site facilities are very good, with good sized changing rooms, a nice cafe to purchase food and drinks. There is a lovely outdoor seating area, where you can look out on to the river. Shout out to the lady photographer that does a fantastic job capturing all the event photos, they are brilliant. I would definitely recommend visiting here, you will certainly have a really fun filled day.
