The were a bit overwhelmed by the number of customers when I was there and it was difficult to get help should one need it. The store itself however has a very good selection of riding equipment and I can recommend it if you are looking for a place where you can try out a lot of different riding articles. Not the biggest Krämer store there is (see mega stores), but has a nice collection of useful items and can really help you pushing your hobby equipment. My daughter, while on holiday, was getting a new pair of trousers. Took 3 pairs to fit them in the fitting room. After heard us speaking Polish language, the treated us like we were trying to steal them. KRÃMER staff, rethink your behavior. I will never set my foot near this place. I would give this store and more stars if I could. In the store today, I was looking for a friendly customer service face and saw Nicole pleasantly interacting with another customer. When she was done, I quickly approached her for help. Nicole helped my 3 high energy girls and me for probably close to 2 hours. She gave us patient, friendly, helpful and just overall FANTASTIC customer service. I was trying to recall when I ever had such a wonderful customer service interaction, and I wasn't able to. One of a kind. Somebody PLEASE give Nicole a big raise and bonus. She was absolutely wonderful with us today. Thank you so much, Nicole! Broad selection; you do find everything under one roof which is very convenient. Prices higher than the quality of merchandise warrants (mediocre) but I suspect it's a seller's market.
