Karls Erlebnis-Dorf - Elstal
Potsdam, Germany Amusement park
Karls Erlebnis-Dorf is a great family destination near Berlin, offering diverse attractions and activities. To maximize enjoyment, visit during weekdays to avoid long queues. Check for online ticket options to save time and plan for potential expenses on food and extra rides. Consider buying tickets online in advance to avoid queues. An annual pass might be worthwhile for frequent visitors. Be prepared for crowds, especially on Sundays and during holidays. Bring swimwear for water attractions. Some attractions might have height restrictions. It was super duper fun. Do bring swim suit or spear cloths for kids because water rides and water platz will make them wet. Really enjoyable place to spend a few hours, even as an adult without children. Fantastic place to go for a family!! Absolutely love it. It has good food, good shopping and great fun! Expensive food. Sugar everywhere! And not really toddler friendly. There's not much for kids under 90cm. Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. I'm reluctant to give mediocre reviews because I find it easier to categorize either pro or con. I have to make an exception here because this was actually a really lovingly designed family with attractions and the potential to sweeten a family's whole day. Unfortunately, out of the three hours of visiting time, we waited in line for two hours. 45 minutes standing while eating, 40 minutes on the roller coaster, 40 minutes on the swing. That's why I strongly advise against a day ticket because otherwise you have to stay there all day to enjoy all the attractions. Really enjoyable place to spend a few hours, even as an adult without children. The food was good, the decorations are very well done, and the gift shops highlight quite how far you can push the fruit theme in a fairly classy way. The free entry definitely helps, too. I really to try strawberry döner as well as home made chips. Very creative decorations. We had a blast there. Fantastic place to go for a family!! Absolutely love it. It has food, shopping and great fun! We had a time today. We all enjoyed a lot. It’s well designed and has everything. Mini karting, mini horse back riding, Traktor riding and train ride. There are still a lot more which fits bigger to do. We will absolutely visit again and I would it to everyone I know who has a family. Immer wieder großartig und sehr zu empfehlen 😊 If you visite the Dorf in Summer or in Winter it is always a perfect time. It has something for everyone despite the age or preferences. I like to go with my grandchildren and look how they enjoy it. 🤗 Great place to visit with the whole family. Lots of entertainment options and food. Reasonable prices considering that it's an amusement park. For example: Bier costs 3 Euros, döner that you can share 9 Euros, snacks between 3 and 10 Euros. We came on a Sunday morning and it was quite empty so we could go to the games without many queues. Definitely worth getting the Tageskarte to get access to all the games plus 3% discount in the shop. Lovely play land with rides, cakes and food. Free entry and parking. Could use an entire day here It is a very nice suitable for all age groups. There are many playgrounds both indoor and outdoor. There is usually not a long line unless it is Sunday. If you are coming here more than once, definitely get an annual pass, it pays for itself. There are big toys for too. Highly recommended. Great family-friendly fun with lots of and amazing jam. It does get busy very quickly, so I would going first thing in the morning. The is especially known for its unique blend of traditional farm experiences with modern entertainment options. In addition to the rides, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf is famous for its on-site food offerings, including fresh-made waffles and other treats that are a hit among visitors. The is also home to several shops where visitors can purchase handmade goods and local produce. Overall, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf in Elstal is a great destination for a day trip, particularly for families with young children, though it may be wise to visit during less busy periods to avoid the crowds and fully enjoy the experience. We had a wonderful day at Karl’s Erlebnis-Dorf Berlin! It’s a perfect place for families, my absolutely loved the playgrounds, the tractor ride, and of course the strawberry-themed shops and sweets. Everything is very well organized, clean, and full of fun activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are many nice spots to relax with coffee or snacks. The homemade jams and candies are delicious, and we couldn’t leave without buying some souvenirs. Definitely spending a full day here great memories for both and adults! Very Nice nearby Berlin! It has something for all age groups!i would to install app and buy online ticket to avoid queue, specially on weeekend! Ample space for car parking! Would definitely for the families on a weather day🤩 Also, good food and some shopping ❤️ It's a fantastic place for families and children. There are plenty of activities, delicious food, and local products. I purchasing tickets online, whether daily or yearly, so your can experience and explore every playground multiple times without extra charges. You need the whole day to check everything, it's a vast place. It's really a great place to visit in Berlin, with kids. The price is very reasonable and the great thing is that a lot of are free and you can choose individual as well as tickets for all the rides. My recommendation is to buy the ticket using an online app. It costs you 17.5 euro, and you can enjoy all the as well as ice sculptures. Oh, what a cutesy strawberry-themed park! Lots of reasons to spend a full day out. It's especially engaging and entertaining for the kids. The are not too adrenaline-rushing for but surely bring a smile. The venue is spread out, offers cafes and eateries comprising Erdbeer Döners, burgers & fries, coffee and pancakes, apart from ice-creams, jams, marmalades etc. Some had long waiting times and when the turn finally came, the lasted for just 2 mins. The ice scultptures in the Ice Welt were mesmerizing and fairy-tale like. Overall, you won't regret spending your day out at Elstal with your cherished ones 🍓🐻. They also have a special pass offering yearly membership (multiple visits). The place is wonderful, but the outdoor close as early as 7 PM, while the shop stays open until 8 PM sharp. It’s better not to come on a weekend — there are too many people and the waiting time is quite long It was super duper fun . Do bring swim suit or spear cloths for because water and water platz will make them wet. Enjoyed every ride. 6hours of fun . Bought day pass which was worth it. Expensive food. Sugar everywhere! And not really toddler friendly. There's not much for under 90cm. But this place makes you feel like a kid again that would go to all the attractions over and over again. Will definitely come back. Weekends are fully packed. during the week for a quiet ride. We were there for Halloween . We paid around 22€ for the entrance . The decoration was scary and it was for and . It’s a nice place to take a break from the city Important to highlight that it’s an amusement really adapted for children You can enter for free and pay for the you wanna go to (only 1 is adrenaline-filled for 😅) - that’s what I recommend There are a lot of restaurants there, all really good I the Döner, but mostly the Strawberry Waffles 🧇 So so delicious It was a really lovely day, especially as there were very few queues because it was a weekday. There's a mix of aimed at and a few for older kids/adults. There's also a variety of food around the park, and many locations to buy gifts, souvenirs, and snacks. The ice sculptures are very impressive and there was a live demonstration when I went where you could have a try at the basics.
