Always a pleasure to visit this golf club. Bit mizzly and cold today but the course is in as a condition as it is possible to be. Clubhouse as nice as ever with great food. Pro shop very well stocked an Driving Range very full. I really like Yeovil Golf Club. I feel welcome as a beginner and much less intimidated than in other clubs we visited. It's nice you can pay for balls in the driving range with your card, and the rates are reasonable too. I haven't been brave enough to try the course, but my husband has and he really liked it. Fantastic golf club, we played the main 18 hole course, conditions were incredible. The clubhouse is really with a selection of beers, ciders and food. The food was and came out quickly which is always before a tee time. The pro shop is probably one of the best I have ever seen at a golf club and is stocked with lot of gear from a variety of brands. I will definitely be popping back to the shop to grab some stuff next time I am looking. All in all a great place to play golf and would absolutely recommend. Played the old course with a society, nice bacon bap and coffee on arrival before we played the old course. The greens and course were in superb condition and the weather perfect. Had a light lunch before playing 9 holes of the Newton course which was again in great condition. Well worth a round if your in the Area, great days golf had by all. Best so far...bit pricey for food..drinks reasonable..we'll set up..highly recommended..take sandwiches 🥪🥪🥪🥪 Played the Old Course today with 2 friends and had a very enjoyable round. Course conditions were excellent considering the time of year (early January). Very large shop with friendly staff and decent beer on tap in the clubhouse afterwards. Will be back! Keep up the work 👍 I went to the range at 2.59 the guy said the machines off absolute joke , there was no updates on the website it said nothing about closing early really inconvenient as i travelled 13 miles just to get frustrated either way.
