A positive experience, hot coffee, a seat, and a quick pee before my onward journey. Wifi was a bit sketchy, but i still managed to get onto Instagram and like my friends post about a funny talking cat. Pretty poor service. Ordered to have in, came in a takeaway cup, there solution was to just pour the drink in a non dispose cup. I'm already paying £4 for a flat white, the least they could do is serve it properly. The place is literally filthy. They have tons of that just stand around doing nothing Poor customer service by the staff. Brings bad experience for the brand they serve. Review would have been five stars if the coffee was consistently good, which sadly is rarely the case in any Starbucks store, and certainly the case at this location. It seems that the pandemic has impacted the supply of some food products, which is at last covered with a notice at this location. However, if you have a dietary requirement such as ‘gluten free’ you can’t try other products, as suggested in the notice. This is not unique to Starbucks and really is a poor excuse for all stores where customers with dietary restrictions previously catered for have simply been dropped. This may have been reasonable a month or two ago, but surely should have been resolved by now. COVID-19 precautions during our visit on the 18th September 2020 were well thought out with a one way system in operation and good signage. very friendly. This is in an easy to access location if you are passing through, as we were, with other useful stores and petrol nearby. Clean and bright, just wish the outside seating area was not side on to the road through the car park as the fumes are off putting really struggle with the concept of good service. No welcome, no alertness to the customers needs. Very disappointed on a few occasions now. It’s got comfortable chairs but the actual building is awful, always looks grubby. Eggnog served cooold (warm) because they can’t heat it that much so I asked them to heat the mug, but they didn’t. Served it to me not even to the top of the mug. So I asked them to fill it up and warm the handle, to which I got a grumpy reply and a look. It’s like come on guuuys it’s not to hard to be polite. This place really needs a refit, very scruffy, chairs all full of holes, the tables don’t get cleaned regularly. Won’t be coming here again. Starbucks must make plenty of money, they should be making the customers more comfy out of their profits. Costa is much better. Only this about here is its always dirty and needs an attendant always watching the floor.. its very busy but Starbucks is lacking here as a trusted great brand this needs attention!! Otherwise we love it! #STARBUCKSJUNKIE The drinks are amazing but the make mistakes with orders on multiple occasions also the don't listen to the orders. The bathroom is disgusting. You have to tell the to clean the tables also outside is covered in litter from other customers and don't even picked the rubbish up off the floor and put it in the bin. Very dirty inside needs an good clean, we ordered a cake pop and a tea to be served with no emotion person, with no smile just a yes and a bye. The food is great however I find the atmosphere is quite small and filfy floors gave me a bit of nausea won't be coming back here for a while This has to be the worse Starbucks on planet earth. It’s filthy, food and litter on the floor. Crumbs on counters. Tables left unclean. The toilet is revolting and the just don’t care. Oblivious to the mess and hygiene issues that they do not address - they just keep chatting away to each others. Screw the customer….Avoid like the plague - actually, avoid because you might catch the plague here. Truly the worst of the worst and the management should be ashamed….. then sacked. Called in for lunch but no vegan options at all in either the savoury or cake selection.staff didn’t seem very well educated on dietary food groups. Also, the whole place is really not that clean or inviting This was our first time visiting this Starbucks and unfortunately it wasn't that good. This has to be the dirtiest cafe I've ever been in, the drinks were fine but sitting at a table that hadn't been cleaned with rubbish all around our feet wasn't that pleasant. Don't think I will be visiting again 😖 Really dirty and uninviting. The coffee was ok but the bacon roll was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Dry, almost stale bread, 1 piece of limp bacon with ketchup that tasted more like vinegar. Certainly wouldn’t go back. I’m not keen on Macdonald's but there is one close by that I would go to next time. This place is absolutely filthy. Three members of stood around chatting while not a single empty table has been cleared. And the amount of rubbish on the floor is disgraceful. I asked the manager why she was chatting and not cleaning up the mess, she said she should be, but she’s chatting right now! I was here on 1. Aug at 17.17 hrs! The photo is of the table AFTER a member of cleaning it! This is the AFTER photo. Hardly ever leave reviews but this place deserves it to let others know so they can go elsewhere! Very dirty tables, windows and signage and it was only 10 in the morning. Chairs either too low or very uncomfortable. Acoustics poor so noisy. Not used to Starbucks so didn't know you had to pick coffee up at end of counter. didn't tell us despite not being busy. It was just left standing there and only discovered it when another customer told us. Will certainly never be going back.
