They have to remember we are pilgrims not tourists and many of us have a limited budget for this trip. Waited a lot for stuff to clean instead of serving us. They looked like they were overwhelmed. They have basic things that you can find on Camino, hence the service was slow and with lack of connection and attention to people. No soap at Toilette. Personal a Bit unfriendly. Food simple.
