Raggiungibile da Miazzina seguendo Via Memoriale degli Alpini, dispone di un comodo seppur limitato parcheggio, fontana e area picnic con tavoli, panchine e un braciere. Da qui partono vari sentieri che entrano in Val Grande e consentono di raggiungere agevolmente le cime di Todum, Pizzo Pernice e Piancavallone. passeggiata non difficilissima da fare Prachtige wandelplaats! De weg ernaartoe is ook zeer goed begaanbaar met de auto, bij twijfel wel doen want de weg valt heel erg mee! Bij het eind van de parking kun je naar boven naar pian cavellone, deze route is heel mooi. Eerst wel steil maar even doorgaan en dan wordt het echt prachtig. Je komt over een bergtop en daarna bij een prachtige vlakte met een witte kapel. Wij zochten de terugweg want je schijnt rond te kunnen. Die vonden wij pas later: Je moet bij de witte kapel doorlopen, kom je langs een huis met een bord over de oorsprong van het huis. Loop je de route door en na ongeveer 100m splitst de weg. Daar kun je een soort trap naar beneden nemen en via het bos terug. Wij hadden die echter niet gevonden eerst dus zijn dezelfde weg terug gegaan. Was iets meer dan 10km maar het meer dan waard! Wat ook een mooie route is, is vanaf Wanderparkplatz Gabbio. Die vond ik zelfs nog iets mooier dan deze maar beiden echt aan te raden! Da qui si snodano sentieri escursionistici piuttosto semplici ma nello stesso tempo bellissimi da un punto di vista paesaggistico; ad esempio si può raggiungere la panoramicissima dorsale che collega Pizzo Pernice al Monte Todano, a cavallo tra i laghi e la Val Grande. I sentieri ovviamente permettono di raggiungere anche mete molto più ambiziose e selvagge, nel cuore del Parco. A Cappella Fina ci sono vari posti auto, una fontana e una zona picnic; nel caso fosse al completo è possibile posteggiare anche un po' più in basso, presso il Memoriale degli Alpini. I posteggi sono gratuiti. Se sali a Pian cavallone il primo errore che puoi fare è partire da Cappella Fina. Non spiana mai!
