There generally tends to be a queue for the toilet as people walk in from the street to use it, so I'd go before you get there !! Generally quite an easy and convenient place to use. Ok, but kept waiting because staff were to busy chatting to realise they had coffee to make Honestly, at least smile ! 4 of the 5 female staff were just so, words fail me. But really didn’t wish to be there. Took two to take the order, two pretending to be busy ( to avoid doing anything) at the back of counter and the lovely 5th person who made the four drinks. Such a difference in her approach and attitude. The place needs cleaning, assume it was last deep cleaned when it had the refit. Cobwebs in window, dirt, rubbish and cans / take away cups littered the only outside depressing table. It wasn’t busy, my question why is doesn’t the manager have one or two of the non working staff do some cleaning ? Had a great experience. Very friendly service. Allow dogs which is a must for me. And nice drinks. Coffee good, as expected. The staff were nice enough. The building however is not somewhere comfortable to sit and chat and have a coffee. And the toilets, my god, don’t go to the toilets. They clearly hadn’t been cleaned the entire day or longer. The staff check board hadn’t been filled in for the day. Thick dust and grime beneath the hand drier. Very dirty all around. Grab your coffee and go… This branch always seems to be closed !! But today I agreed to sit in the car with a coffee and wait. As it was only 15.15hrs , as w my wife walked in the woman in the shop was closing and didn't make eye contact , walked out and into her red car and drove off. We then spotted a couple in the street with coffees . Too late she was just closing 3.15pm not good Starbucks Coffee great as always!! Starbucks always has so many customisation options for the drinks which I love!! Staff sweet and quick service! However with this specific Starbucks I was not impressed with the toilets or even the seating inside. Toilets were grim and did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. Seating was like a large community hall?? Bit strange but if you want to sit in then i guess its alright?? Called in for a coffee and muffin. Premises shabby. Staff aloof. Toilets a disgrace. Brushed the floor around us leaving crushed crisps and paper behind. On the plus side muffin was nice and table was wiped.
