For rental, not good. The rental prices are cheap but in my case: The suspension didn’t work- one of the key features of a mountain bike. The break pads were worn down with very little left on them. And critically, supplied without puncture kit or pump. So when I got a puncture, I had to walk 2 hours to get home (at my furthest route pont it would have been a 4 hour walk). Normally when I hire a they provide puncture kit, pump and spare tube. I noticed with the well worn they had provided me, that one wheel had a schrader valve while the other has presta. This should not be. It means that even if you take a spare tube with you, you’d have to bring 2 to be safe. In summary, not a serious or professional renter of bikes, just taking money and dishing out a poor quality experience, at least for me. (No apology whatsoever from the woman when I returned the bike, I guess this was just normal for her) J'y suis allé pour un pneu crevé et un changement de roue. Le travail à été rapide et bien fait. 자전거 대여 가능합니다. 여권 필요하고 인당 하루에 20유로였어요. 직원들 친절해요!! Very bad experience. was broken, went to this shop. Had to leave it there for 3 days to get a price. Price was 50 euro but few days later they called and it was 100 euro after all. I rejected, fine it took me a week to find out but it's ok. Then the lady got very angry at me. She gave me a to borrow for the last 3 days and wanted me to pay for the rental days (she never told me about it). She became furious, shouting at me until I left the store. Horrible experience. I went to the neighbour (we are riders), gave me a price after 2 min looking at it but told me it's better not to fix it. Sympathie et professionnalisme, on ne peut rien espérer de mieux Super expérience : les vélos sont tops, le service est bon et les propriétaires sont super sympas Je recommande Excellent service. Highly recommend Renters beware! We rented three mountain for the day. We were charged €20 each and €3 for helmets. A puncture repair kit was reluctantly supplied. We quickly realised that the were in poor condition. On all the brakes and tires were worn. The gears were in poor condition, extremely prone to skipping which is frustrating going up hill. The suspension forks were worn and the motion sticky and grating. This came to a head when the derailleur of one snapped clean off, making the unrideable. The staff were quick to respond however and met us at the nearest road with a replacement (although no apology was offered). All of this made the feel unsafe except for on the flattest of forest roads. Pros: cheap, staff were able to supply replacement quickly. Cons: condition very poor, did not feel safe on steep or rocky sections. Overall: if you are looking for a day riding the wide forest roads you may want to take a chance with these cheap rental bikes. If you are planning anything that is steep, rough, loose or single-track then DO NOT rent here. Five star service! Romuald was more than helpful and my is up and running again. Highly recommended! We rented two mountain for a 1-day tour. Perfect bikes, the shopkeepers were super gentle and flexible. Showed up 7 strong without a reservation and they quickly got us all out on the road, making sure to find the right sizing for each of us Delicious food in a charming and peaceful spot. Our meals were simple yet imaginative using lovely fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. Great for a light lunch with a half bottle of light red on our cycle ride from Fontainebleau. Lovely attentive hostess. Highly recommended! We hired two for a loop ride through Avon, to La Seine and along to Thomery. The staff were friendly and efficient and the were a reasonable price to hire. Knowledgeable salesman, great advice I strongly recommend them . I’ve taken my for services there for years . They are very professional! Great and well-priced service for getting repaired. Quick turnaround times. They have good English which was for me as a non-French speaker was incredibly helpful. Great bike. Wonderful experience cycling through the forest to Barbizon, from Fontainebleau Perfect place to rent especially since there are so many cute towns around and the routes are plentiful. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the surrounding area!! Une boutique, où les conseils sont éclairés... Great place to rent bikes! Friendly and helpful staff. We rented for three days, biked through the forest (and sand!) to trois pignons, through lots of little towns toward milly a forêt, to the tour denecourt, and Moret loing et orvanne. Our were nothing fancy but we could ride on roads, through the forest and single track too. Highly recommend.
