Huge free outdoor leisure area, including with beach, playground, water spray park, tree climbing area, table tennis tables, picnic areas and more Very and clam place to enjoy with nature's Very place to explore. It's a one day trip from paris, Gare de lyon station(RER R), get down at station Bois le Roi and catch the bus provided by Station(it's free of cost and available only in July and August I think), if no bus then walk 3 kms, easy to walk. The park contains an artificial beach, cool for kids, skating activities, golf, pony rides, disc golf, kids play sliding, swing, rope activities, cycling path, football(carry your ball), table tennis, very to spend time at that place. Only one restaurant, better to carry lunch and snacks to enjoy and spend more time. The 3 stars are for the beauty of the nature and the tennis ( great), but the organization of this place is terrible, the service plainly bad. If you come here on a day in the weekends you will be surrounded by sausage grilling clans. Unless you like mass events you'll run. We come here a lot on weekdays and if you avoid the crowd it's to stroll, roll , bike , skate etc. Free recreationnal center on the edge of Fontainebleau Forest with lake, golf and many leisure activities. Perfect spot for chilling and recovering after hiking into the forest (or not) Busy on a hot day, great facilities at skate ramps, table tennis, tree ropes, kayaks and swimming. Excellent location for family day out! A beautiful park and swimming lake. Parking is free with wonderful facilities. Try arriving early as the afternoon does get busy. The itself is well attended by life guards. Very place to spend with your family and kids. There is toilets, coffee shop, big parking. Free entrance. Will come back. Lovely with a sand beach. Lifeguards keep a close eye on those in the water and we saw the water quality being tested. Very surprised that both the parking and beach were free. It got a little busier in the afternoon but lots of space and lots of activities nearby. A hidden gem in the outskirts of paris. We reached there by a trekking through the forest from the bois le roi station. There were safety precautions and life guards. One of the mesmerizing places in Paris. I enjoyed it a lot. It's free of cost. It's not so far from Paris . You have to take some food & water with you there is no shop or restaurant nearby.
