We walked there and the cafè was closed. 13€ entrance fee, 10€ parking, Google says the cafè is open till 6pm, we arrived at 3pm. Scam! It said the place was open till 6, lady at reception said it was open, so we paid €13 to enter the park. We walked there and the café was closed. Rūķu sēta has a lot to offer also plenty of new buildings Nice new gnome city. Just castle not built yet. Will check next year.
