Good thing to do on a wet afternoon. We didn't book in advance but only waited about 30 minutes to get on a trip, would probably be longer at busier times. All in French but still enjoyable if you don't understand much. An absolutely wonderful cave system where you travel through by boat. I think this must be a very unique experience. The talked in French, English and Spanish and you can book a time for a specific language too (not sure if that is advertised on the website you may need to call and ask). I can't this enough, a beautiful experience. Very on a guided through flooded underground caves. Not suitable for claustrophobes, but well worth a otherwise. After biking by this several times, we visited here with our if town friends. It was really fun and our Hannah was knowledgeable and friendly. Our friends appreciated that she also translated into English. It’s a very experience, beautiful and would be fun with kids too. I loved the visit. Our Mila was very nice and explained very well in English. We bought tickets a day in advance. Very informative and educational place with very well trained people who explain and us through the cruise on the underground river. Highly recommended to reserve in advance. Need to wear good shoes and have at least some cardigans to put on for the cruise as it is quite down there even during the hottest days of summer! A very unique experience! We wanted to a cave, but have 2 kids on the younger side 3 and 1 year and a half. This was a great option cause my 3 year old didn’t need to walk much, and he enjoyed riding the boat. It was very organized. The wait was about 10 minutes. Our was very nice and funny. Some of the guides speak English and Spanish. I highly this place! Really great experience. We went with a 3 & 1 year old who were in awe of the sights. Lots of steps obviously but fine with baby in a carrier. Really good value as well and the cafe is reasonably priced considering they could easily charge more for tourists. Would highly to families. Fantastic cave on a with friendly knowledgable guides and kindly gave us a English commentary. Kids all loved it and welcome place to in the summer! Thank you. It was amazing experience. Something special for sure. We were the only non french speaking in the group and we got the translation. Very nice service! Although makes me think why they don’t do separate for English speaking groups. Easier for the to use one language. I strongly it! It was surprisingly cool! I had been in caves before but not like this one. The formations are well maintained and protected, it is wide and large deep down so you dont feel claustrophobic. Very affordable price! (12,50 p/p) and suitable for children and elderly. Worth a if you are in the surroundings. Going on a underground is impressive, but the whole was in French. Even though we let the know that we don't speak any French and she answered fluent in English, she adressed only the French people in our group and completely ignored us. Participating in a for an hour and not understand a word, was very disappointing. As a tourist attraction, I would have expected more inclusion of international tourists. Fantastic that is really very unique. The family (3 adults and 2 kids, 13 and 9) had a great time. The warnings about steps are very real though it is absolutely worth the trek, I would thoroughly if you are anywhere nearby, it's worth the Fantastic experience. Was so down in compared to 36 degrees above ground. Our young Canadian was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and spoke both French and English. I learnt a lot of interesting information and it was also amazing visually. This is highly recommended. We have attended this on rainy day which didn’t really affect the experience. spoke English as well as French fluently and was easy to understand. This was enriching and definitely worth attending. An utterly fantastic visitor experience. We took a 3 and a 74 year old with us and we all loved it. Stunning caves and a brilliant who manhandled the expertly while providing bi-libgual commentary throughout. Quite a lot of steps at one side, but 100% worth the visit. Thank you! Just fine. The spoke only a little English, but he was funny. Since the whole group was foreign, it was difficult to learn about the place and its history, which made it easy to get bored. The place itself was nice, but I found it a bit strange that it’s privately owned and that many areas have been altered by humans. Overall, the was good, though below my expectations and the impressions I got from other reviews here. A fantastic visit. Very helpful and informative guides. We have been to several caves around the world and this is up with the best. Also excellent value for money. Just had an incredible adventure at the Underground River of Labouiche. As we descended into the depths of the Earth, the enchanting beauty of this subterranean world unfolded before our eyes. 😍 The stalactites and stalagmites formed breathtaking natural sculptures, and the crystal-clear waters sparkled in the soft glow of the cave's lights. ✨ The ride through the river was like a journey through time, as our shared fascinating stories about the geological formations and the legends associated with them. 🛶📚 It felt like stepping into a magical realm, filled with wonder and awe. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience, I highly visiting this hidden treasure.
