Good - went in a group of 8, our had a couple of areas and lots to get involved with. Friendly staff (happy to give hints) and easy to get to as well. First time doing an room. Team of 5 that included 2 children, who both loved the experience, either helping with the clues or just opening the locks! We did detention - the was well set out and got hints when required. experience and we will come back! As we are still in detention! My partner and I do a lot of rooms (at least 2 per month) and we really enjoyed our time at Dreadlock Rooms. We tackled "You Plonker" and "The Eggscape" and had a lot of fun, and challenge, in both. The set for You Plonker was amazing!! We do enjoy speaking all things with the owners of each location and here was no exception - Gemma and Deb were hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them both. 4 adults. In 2024 we did the multiple Wiches which was fun, so we returned this year to do the Detention room. So well organised and such lovely staff, we will be back next year to do another room! If you’ve never done one they walk you through it all really comprehensively and then will give hints if asked for throughout the hour your completing the room. All the rooms we’ve done here have been amazing - really clever and fun. On our most recent visit we did ‘You Plonker’ and loved it, and then also stayed on outside to do the puzzle boxes which were a fun extra to enjoy in the sunshine. Thoroughly recommend! I didn't manage to catch the young man's name, who was our game master for the session, but he was - super sweet, friendly and explained things clearly. Really friendly staff, overall! for the family and really good if you're looking for a bit of a challenge. We got a free pin after our session as a cutesy keeps-sake! Would reccomend for families or groups of friends First time doing an and it was amazing. We were a family group aged 7 to 77 and we all loved it and were able to get involved in different elements of the puzzles. With young kids involved don’t assume it was easy! They said it is a 50/50 pass rate for Detention so don’t worry if you have to ask for a hint! Myself, daughter and two granddaughters took on Witch Way Out this week. Different puzzles suiting different age groups and minds! Had fun, a bit panicky when the time was getting lower which added to the determination. Really enjoyed it and we made it out with 3 minutes to spare and the spellbook! Love Dreadlock. We attend their regular quiz evenings and I try to solve their weekly puzzle on Facebook. We've also had a few of the puzzle jars which are excellent value. Debs and Gemma work very hard to bring a experience to each visit and the staff are great.
