The is really relaxed and it's really fun to eat there. This remained in my memory as one that meets four conditions that I cannot easily find: nature, history, and excellent cuisine. Located in an old mill, it is surrounded by crystalline springs. Perfectly preserved and with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and makes you feel like a special guest. We went there just to have one drink and enjoy a little bit because we already have plans to eat somewhere else. I told to the host or waiter I'm not sure that we just gonna sit for a drinks and that's it. They gave us very bad table because we wanted just drinks even though they had plenty of tables empty. It wasn't even peak lunch time or anything like that it was almost five o'clock and we told them that we will stay just for like half an hour. They didn't seem to care. We were literally seated in front of the at tables that didn't even looked like they are for guests. Waiter didn't check on us at any point we were trying to call him to pay for like 15minutes. So at the end i figured out that he left our check at small table nearby and we just left money and leave. I was pretty disappointed with this experience and i didn't expect such treatment. But that aside, nature is unreal, you really need to see that. Such a peaceful place with a lot of birds enjoying in environment. Ducks are so adorable and we even saw little ducks 🙈🙈 All in all i still think you should visit this place but order food because you'll be treated much better for sure i could see how they act around people that had lunch there. One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in terms of location/ambiance - a real 5* experience in a location. When you arrive you would not believe the little oasis that is hidden at the end of the road, but the garden’s & are so peaceful and beautiful, and it is a lovely place to sit and watch the ducks while eating. The staff were incredibly welcoming, not making us feel rushed at all during our meal! The food was good - expensive but very high quality, and compared with the restaurants in Kotor it is definitely much more worthy of the price here! The portions are smaller than other places in Montenegro - but still plenty for one person, and the is so fresh! We had several courses, drinks and coffees and spent just over €100 for 2 people, and it was one of our favourite experiences in Montenegro - would definitely recommend! Все вкусно и быстро) Konoba ništa posebnija od bilo koje druge, ali zato precenjena, preskupa i to još ni sa kakvim konobarima koji su nam zatvorili vrata ispred nosa i kao idite šetajte okolo na 3 oC, pa ćemo vas zvati kad raspremimo sto, a na kraju smo jedva i taj obećani sto dobili. U susednoj Hercegovini hrana je neuporedivo bolja, porcije obimnije, konobari ljubazniji, konobe odišu nekom tolpinom, a nije ni daleko. A ovde za flašu vode od 6€, času vina od 9€ i čorbu u istom tom iznosu, usluga bi najmanje morala biti kao u Parizu, kad su vam već cene pariske! The was absolutely stunning — such a and romantic place! We only tried the dessert, which we didn’t enjoy that much, but the ambiance was so lovely that we still fell in love with the venue. That said, you could still find this elsewhere on the planet. But there is only one warm-hearted “domaćin” like Lazo. You must not miss this place if you love gastronomy, wines, and exploring places which have both gentle soul and highest quality. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, it was a privilege to visit. We enjoyed exploring the stunning gardens. The food is mainly based and was uniformly - simple and perfectly cooked. The was hands down the nicest and most refined we have experienced in the entirety of Montenegro. Overall: a really special evening. I would ignore some of the other more negative reviews which don’t seem to “get” how to behave in a up market like this.
