Good soft for kids, price is good, a bit cold in winter though. Big space!! Fantastic for kids. Could do with some upgrade and tlc, especially the toilets The was great. Some not so great parts though. There was a section in the are where there is just an open metal tube, if someone fell onto that or got a foot stuck... Additionally one of the panels in the toddler had come off and was stuck inside the side of the playhouse. My little one nearly stepped on it. Had staff been at the desk or doing spot checks for safety that could have been avoided. To give them credit, when I brought this to their attention they fixed it immediately. Granddaughter enjoyed it. Overcharged and no apology when fixing the problem just seemed annoyed I’d asked for the correct money back. Great baby area. However the jumperoo has mould on it which is not safe for babies. Overall needs a good clean. Never any hand towels to dry hands. Thought it would be perfect to turn up today, on a rainy day, to take my little one to her first ever soft area, to find it was closed when it says it’s open online. No answer when I called the number. Very dissapointing. Soft is big, fairly clean, well priced and really good food. Coffee is awful! Staff were young and pretty clueless when it came to ordering our food and drinks. Didn't seem to care that the toddler was full of much older, rough, swearing boys - although they were made aware of this. Not sure if we will visit again. AMAZING SOFT PLAY! my kids loved it , it's full of slides and tunnels for them to adventure in . They're staff are so polite at the counter . They're food is at a very reasonable price and very good portions. my daughter loves it, staff are always lovely, food is great, genuinely a big safe for kids to burn off some steam Twice in the last 3 weeks I have been to Roarsome and both times they have been shut. Wasted fuel and one upset toddler that doesn’t understand why he isn’t getting out the car to go play! Why say open and not be open! Very disappointing Went to roar 15 August and the place was really dirty. The tables were stinking the floor was really sticky with dirt. I am well aware it a children's but cleanliness is a must. The food took an age to come, we had to keep asking for it. Was supposed to have toasted bread not so it came untrusted, the less said about the chips the better. This place needs a thorough clean from top to bottom and people that take pride in the place.
