Such a lovely place to stay, the caretaker is such a lovely man so friendly and helpful a total asset to the holiday park. The lodges are beautiful and extremely clean and well maintained. Very pretty area with a outdoor pool and club house and bar onside along with a camp shop. Dog friendly. And sauna and hot tub in lodge was amazing so nice after hot day to relax in hot tub. Recommend site to families as lovely play area for kiddos . So this is like a hidden gem. We couldn’t see it from the road at all and was surprised at the size when we pulled in. We are not a fan of camping anymore due to the noise levels and the fact that I can’t stand children. We were in a motorhome and thought it would be a little bit different but I was wrong. This park is definitely family oriented and at the side of us we had a family of 6 which was annoying to say the least. Could be more room between each pitch. Children screaming and running around - dogs off lead. Not my idea of fun. This park would be excellent if there were separate areas. A field specifically for people who like some quiet time and not worrying about tripping over a kids scooter or having drunk teenagers partying all night. Facilities are BRILLIANT. Lots for families to do. Toilet and shower block spotlessly clean, staff are superb and overall this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re not bothered about noise. We won’t be back - b&b for us in future. A beautifully well kept resort. We came with Grandparents and had two caravans. The site itself is a hidden gem but super safe from any main roads meaning that children are secure playing on site and in the playground area. The staff are friendly and always open to have conversations with visitors. Our party had multiple children with Autism and the site was perfect for them as it wasn’t too busy. Lovely onsite facilities such as an arcade, outside pool, walks, mini shop, restaurant/bar and sports court. Would definitely return again. The overall cleanliness was outstanding throughout the entire resort.
