What a cracking day the had!! Sadly with a day of rain it meant the beach was a no go. So we googled things for to do and up popped RTR and everything was just easy! Parking was easy and free because we were using the facility. A very friendly lady greeted and explained how it all worked! My 8 yr old son loved laser tag and the soft and my 3 yr old loved the soft play! The coffee was amazing haha and the food was all well presented!! And all the were brilliant nothing seemed to much trouble After nearly 3hrs ……. Yes 3 hrs we finally had 2 sweaty, hot messy asking to leave because they were so tired ( the perfect sign of a great day) Thank you very much 😀 Visited for many years, always very friendly, can be busy but never an issue. Plenty of seating, clean and presentable all the time. Things to do for many ages of children and do parties too. Brilliant place *EDITED* I previously left a very positive review for raze the roof, today that has changed. Whilst visiting raze the roof today I was surprised to see people allowed in with a dog! I own a dog so have nothing against them but I feel it is a little unhygienic to allow them into a children's area. More importantly though is the "what if". There are everywhere - running, throwing balls, screaming. What if someone throws a ball that hits the dog, what if a kid steps on it or trips over it. I imagine this is a very stressful environment for an animal and I can't help but think of what could happen. As long as this is the policy, I will not be returning. Great place to visit with kids, good selection of slides. Please be careful and make sure you paid for the parking. We have just spent 2.5 hours at raze the roof since Ferdis indoor closed over an hour early than advertised on google maps. What a find for a rainy day. The staff, lady behind the cafe especially, were amazing. The areas were fantastic and our little boy has enjoyed himself so much. We’ll definitely be back when we are in the area. Brilliant and very helpful and also had lots off fun when we attended for our sons birthday and plenty for the to do i would recommend going here for a birthday party. Attended my child's friends Lazer tag party. were so friendly and helpful right from the first greeting all the way to the goodbye. I was able to add my other child as a sibling to the and pay extra for her to enjoy the soft and book a meal to come out with the rest of the party. Drinks were good and very reasonably for price. A mixed group of us aged from 9 to (ahem) late 70's spent a very happy evening at Raze the Roof on a Dark Lazer booking. Harry was brilliant and explained everything for those that hadn't been before and generally encouraged the winners and commiserated with the "less successful" We alternated games between the mezzanine labyrinth and the and as one of the oldest participants I have to say this place is wasted on children, I had a brilliant time and thoroughly recommend it to any adults. (and I suppose it' s only fair to let children enjoy it too) Thank you. We were really impressed. My son had his here, gel splat and laser tag and I can't deny that I was dreading the idea of spending our Saturday at an indoor soft arena (as I'm sure most parents would!) However, I have to say that the couldn't have been more wonderful! Extremely welcoming and accommodating to all the and ensured everyone had a great time. Our gang were all aged 12 & 13 and they loved the gel splatt and laser tag. Great overall experience. 👌 I had my sons 10th birthday here today and it was amazing! All the children loved it. Especially the VR arena and laser tag. They also enjoyed their food, they had a choice from chicken nuggets, sausages, fish fingers or quorn sausages served with chips and a choice of peas or beans. Rachel and all the team were fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for making my son’s birthday a special one. We had our son's birthday here today and the team were excellent. Rachel helped to get us all set up well and everyone we engaged with were friendly and willing to help. They enjoyed their gel blast and VR experiences- thanks so much team. We'll be back again soon! I've been coming to rtr for years, and today was excellent. The are always fantastic, but the astro turf football is 10/10. It made the experience fantastic. Both cost effective, in these difficult times, and a great exercise too.
