Very and tidy. The guy working there was constantly on the go keeping things and making sure everything was safe. Very clean! Lots of obstacles and a smaller section for the smaller children. My little one loved it here. The only grumble we had as adults was we thought the food wasn't that great (pizza). Nice coffee though! ☕ Our grand daughter had her very first party, for her school friends, to celebrate her 5th birthday. It was all so well organised; the were so helpful and friendly and took care of all the food preparation and serving. Food was just what want to eat and there was plenty and very little waste. Would highly recommend this venue for a stress free children's party. Great time had by all. Would recommend! Came on a visit to Cornwall from London. Lovely place Jungle Jack's. We went on a Monday during the half term, it was very clean, not overall busy and the were all lovely. The layout is really nice, the seating area is in the middle and the soft play is laid out in a U shape so you are able to see it all. I have an autistic 2 old and I was really able to sit back and relax knowing he can't go anywhere. The reception is behind the seating area and has two door which are locked and can only be opened by the reception team so this was even more reassuring. I normally find it difficult to go anywhere with him because I have to watch his younger sister who is 1. The layout and security of Jungle Jack's really put my mind at ease. You also get a designated table for your booking which is nice. The baby area is also really nice, a lot to do, my 1 old was loving it. I definitely would recommend place, quiet, tasty coffee. There is plenty to do for children. Decent price Reasonably priced I guess if you intend to use most of your alloted time but I didn't feel there was enough to do there to occupy my boys for the full 2.5 hours. We were booked in the 3:30-6pm slot and had the place to ourselves but from 4:30 the were obviously in the process of closing up for the day (putting away tables & chairs etc) and in all honesty, we kind of felt pressured to leave and sensed the were itching to close up early. When we did so at 5pm the literally followed us out. Not impressed by that. loved it here! We were on holiday in Newquay and needed something to do on a rainy day that didn't cost a lot. This place came recommended to us and I'm glad it did. Our 11 month old was free to get in so we only had to pay about £5 for our 6 old. The place is big, lots of different areas to explore, climb and run around. The food and drink is a little expensive but let's face it, that's how these places survive. Definitely a place to consider if the need to burn some energy off on a miserable day. The weather hasn’t been the best on our holiday and our three girls needed to run off some steam. Well this place could teach the venues in Shropshire a thing or two! To start with the were lovely! The venue is reasonably priced, layout and very throughout, not over crowded and the food is not to mention inclusive with allergies taken into consideration. Great for our almost two old, six old and seven old. It’s worth adding our seven old is autistic and this place though it was nicely busy was not a free for all and the were well behaved making it an enjoyable experience for her also. There’s also a large open space seating area so you don’t feel over crowded and you can see the clearly. Thanks for a visit Such a place to bring a little one. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Fantastic coffee. A hidden gem xx This place is amazing! We are on our last day of holiday locally, and wanted to find an indoor centre for the to burn some energy off in, whilst the weather is crumby. This place was great - we were there 12.30 to 3pm and they never got bored, and made lots of new friends. I wasn't thrilled that adults had to pay a small entry fee but when we were given our own table, I was very impressed and could understand why we'd have to pay, it was fully justified. We ate here too and the food and drink was really good with a diverse choice of meals. The facilties are brilliant and we'll definitely be back if in the area again. Definitely worth the money. The loved the slides and soft play features. The were too. My only slightly negative feedback would be, please provide some cushions on the metal chairs (although it's nice to know they're clean!) Excellent place to visit on a rainy day in Newquay. My loved running about non stop plus they have an excellent breakfast. Brilliant birthday for my Granddaughter, all the seem to enjoy it. Good selection of food which there was more than enough. Thank you will certainly recommend Had my sons 5th birthday party there. Worth every penny. Food was lovely, really good choice and lots of it. were very friendly and helpful Fun place for As always my had a fantastic time at jungle jacks. We have been going to jungle jacks now for over 10 years since my older were younger. Amazing value for money and the food there is fantastic, as a parent good coffee and food at soft play is really important and in Newquay this is by far the best! Probably the best soft play in Cornwall! Well organised, and because you have to book it’s never over crowded. Excellent choice of food at very reasonable prices and great coffee!! Well worth checking out Came to Newquay with my daughter for a short break, sadly the weather was terrible, so we decided to visit jumping jacks on our last day. The value for money was excellent considering the session was for 2.5 hours. We also had some delicious food, again very reasonable (homemade chilli and jacket potato was delicious!). Very and staff, 10 out of 10!
