We did the 3hr via Ferrata experience, we were lucky that we were the only family booked on our session so it was really relaxed and Jasper our instructor was brilliant. In the afternoon we did the Zip line safari, although there were 2 other families on this one, we had plenty of time on the Zips and our instructor was also great on this one. We ate lunch in the cafe which was really good. I highly recommend staying all day! We have just got back from visiting Via Ferrata for a zipline and had a fantastic time, despite the rainy weather. The instructor was brilliant—clear, thorough, and made sure everyone felt safe and confident before moving on to the main course. Her attention to detail during the practice session really stood out. The three ziplines were all great fun, with the final (and longest) one being the clear highlight of the day. While the rain was a bit of a drawback, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A memorable day out and loads of fun for the whole family! Highly recommend. Had a great at Via Ferrata yesterday. Doing both the training, and main couses. Even though I had done high ropes before, I found it quite challenging and fun. The instructor(Flynn) was excellent. He was really supportive, and encouraging, when my daughter was struggling a little on the course. Overall, although a little expensive, I would recommend Via Ferrata as a great day out in Cornwall. I took my two children to take on the Via Ferrata Training Zone and Classic. The booking in was all done on line before hand so the check in was quick and easy and the team were very welcoming. Jasper was our instructor for the day who was excellent. He went through all the safety instructions and checked everyones kit and equipment. He had a way with the children putting them at ease throughout. Having done other high rope courses then kids loved it and especially enjoyed dangling off the bridge. At the end they opted to do the second course which was much longer and finished off with some time on the Zip-Wire. This second course took about an hour and a quarter to complete. Really and well organised. Thanks. Absolutely loved it! Me and son completed the zip wire Safari, all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tegan! Felt safe and well managed. Will definitely be back . We visited the cafe, walked the nature trail and checked out the fantastic views. We will definitely be back to get involved with one of the activities soon. Kids loved the walk, easy loop with a little play area and lots of wildlife. Cafe served up a coffee and cake. Thrilling for all ages! I went zip lining with my friend and our daughters, and it was a brilliant experience. Our guide, Katie, was lovely, she helped us with our kit and then demonstrated how to use the zip lines, she made us feel completely safe and comfortable. The course itself was stunning, with beautiful views across Cornwall. Our girls were a mix of excited and nervous at first, but by the end of the practice line, they were ready to go. What I loved most was that it wasn’t just about the and adrenaline, it was about sharing an adventure together, bonding, making memories as friends with our girls.
