Took my daughter here, she had a time. Its a nice place to go to but unfortunately I was disappointed. I have an autistic 3 year old boy and an energetic 2 year old who both love to trampoline. I called twice 2 weeks prior to coming here to check if the area and are separate. I was assured on both phone calls that the wouldn't be able to go from the area into the area. So I booked the play. The area had 3 different stair access, one which was right next to the door, the staircases had no gates so anyone can just walk up. A few times when we were in the play, adults would walk in or out and leave the gate open, my saw the opportunity and ran out going straight up the stairs to the trampolines. When we were leaving, I was getting our stuff together and someone had left the gate open so my little girl ran for the door before me and up the stairs. By the I got to her she was jumping on the trampolines, I had my shoes on so couldn't follow her on, she had then made her way straight to the air bag, as I was going to catch her I fell into the side of the airbag and couldn't get out because I was holding a bag in my other arm. There was a member of standing a little further down but was busy talking with someone else and didn't pay any attention that I needed help. I did manage to get myself out. It's a nice place and the area is really nice, too but unfortunately it didn't work for us. TAKE YOUR OWN SNACKS AND DRINKS!! I regrettably paid £3.50 for a deluxe hot chocolate which was like warm..... Tasted "Ok" but for £3.50? I can't believe they are serving it! It's..... ok..... The price is pretty standard and the place is pretty standard. The food/drink prices are absolutely sickening. £1.50 for a packet of crisps, £1 for 2 biscuits, £1.50 for a small packet of malteasers!! Now, I know these places charge more than usual but those prices are ridiculous! I am glad I brought my own drinks and snacks for my children! I don't think we would visit again. Once you get there there's an extra charge for as we were told we couldn't wear our own that is HAS to be theirs!! It's sickening! A place that is aimed at and families I think it's really bad. I know prices have gone up everywhere but if they reduced them they would sell more. I don't get why they want to rip off their customers!! First impression, ( first here ) On first arrival the were very excited, This continued for the 2 hour session we had. They loved the dinosaurs too. Cost, Entry price was fair. Booking was easy enough to do online. The venue, It was very clean and the were friendly and the chap in the café was very pleasant and helpful. The food, A little selection and not badly priced. So glad you do toast all day too as having some fussy eaters toast is always a winner. Overall I think we will definitely be back. From a very happy dad. Brilliant time, nice and clean, seems well run and as safe as you can get for at trampolining. We have been to this park many times before and had a experience but unfortunately this was our last as the are very rude and the manager Gavin likes to shout at female guests and at members. Very unprofessional The place was basically empty and I can see why. What an amazing team of staff. We had a member of our party with significant food allergies and the could not do more to ensure the pizzas were suitable. Also really impresed with the facilities, clean and tidy and the menu was great. Only wish there was an email to let 'head office' know how you are. Very way to spend an hour or 2, out of the rain or a pit stop activity. The cafe could do with a couple of extra staff. All in all, enjoyed it 👍🏾 I visited this evening, £9.99 for 2 hours was extremely value for money! All the were friendly and approachable, from the front desk to the cafe. Thank you to the guy for with the longer hair for making my children feel welcome :) Such a fun had by our group of 4, went in with open mind as unsure of what to expect but we had fun. My 2 daughters who are afraid of heights conquered their fear by jumping into the airbag. We are totally exhausted and my daughters will sleep well. Thank you Super Tramp Bodmin. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of them scattered about too so you can’t miss them should you need their help. Had my son’s 13th birthday party here on a Sunday evening. It was amazing! The were fantastic, the food was great, the really enjoyed it and it was really well priced for what you got. My children had a member called Ben who made the party extra fun with joining in. He even included my 6 year old who thought that was fantastic! Will be going back for my other 2 childrens birthday parties!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a fun party and a laugh! Thank you soo much to all the staff. Had my child's birthday party here last night and it was excellent. All the staff, particularly Anthony, were amazing and made sure we were all really looked after. Everyone had fun, will definitely be back! Lovely day out with the last Sunday. Took my 3 down to supertramp park. I was blown away with the customer service I was greeted with a big smile by the lovely keiren. Lovely park. Also massive. loved the dodge ball knocked them right out on the way home lol. But what really stood out was superstar Sara. Who was a really polite, well mannered, professional young lady working in the cafe. She served my slushies and me a coffee. Which was amazing. Also another polite young lady was one of the on the actual park. She was really with my played with them and interacted. Didn’t get her name tho. She had really short brown hair. The only down side tho😢. Was Who I presumed was the manager. He was stomping around the building being extremely rude to his and female customers. Also had a face like a slapped ass. He was also wearing his SHOES around the park while everyone else is expected to where “special socks” which come at an extra cost. I Didn’t let him effect our day tho but he did effect my review. I could have easily given this place 5 stars. But I can not see myself giving 5 stars to this place with someone like that running the show. How are meant to learn customer service skills from him. The I interacted with DEFINITELY didn’t get there lovely charm from him. My two grandchildren had a wonderful time. safe way to burn off energy. very pleasant and cafe was good. One of the female of there are incredibly rude.. everyone else was fine, was very repetitive and didn't enjoy it.. we had an issue with booking and instead of someone letting us know we only paid for softplay, they did nothing.. we were even sold the socks.. poor customer service and blonde women very rude. They did a job for my daughters birthday party Really disappointed by super tramp today- they seem to have tightened up on everything even down to what you wear! If you are not wearing the exact super tramp purchased from them- you are not allowed in (even though you have other on) Went to purchase tickets to go on after and were charged £1.50 per adult through the gate due to capacity- when we are the only people in the place. I can understand one adult per child but thought the x4 was a bit much considering the place as empty. They seem to have turned into right penny pinchers and don’t think it’s value for money at all!
