Doris 🥰 I went up to Trimar today 2/4/24 to purchase a corn snake the staff there helped me out showing a variety of snakes their help and advice was awesome they certainly know their stuff if you want a reptile or I would certainly recommend these guys Excellent and reptile company. I bought turtles from them before and most recently fishes. All my purchases were online and many thanks to Andy and Aaron for all their advice. All my fishes arrived today in big polystyrene box, triple bagged with heat pad and delivered by DX before 1pm. The website has so many selection of tropical/freshwater/marine fishes and reptiles, amazing! highly recommended online company Always really helpful! Staff very knowledgable! Never had any problems with from here! Stumbled across this place while on my travels, I'm flabbergasted. When I searched Google for aquatic stores I found nothing about it so it was a very pleasant surprise to find and they had some stunning in stock, far more on offer than any of my local stores. Felt like a kid in a sweetshop Sold my friend a parrot today, claiming it only had slight rips in it’s fins from being attacked by the other in the tank. All of its fins have white spot, which was denied at the time and it also looks like it could have hole in the head disease. I had similar issues a couple of years ago and that was the last time I went back there. May not be the case with all the they stock but be warned and take someone who knows their stuff with you if you aren’t familiar with keeping fish. In response I’ve added some photos as proof. The new parrot is almost twice the size of the other one and was in fact being the dominant attacker in the tank. Obviously that can’t be helped, you don’t know how they’ll take to a new tank/tank mates but white spot and that many rips doesn’t develop in a twenty minute car journey. Highly recommend this shop we have had some absolutely stunning at really great prices the are such high quality. We have had them shipped to us and they are the best we have had could not recommend them enough give it a try you will not be disappointed I recently had an incredible experience with Trimar Aquatics and Reptiles. I adopted a beautiful ball python from them, knowing she had been rescued by Trimar only a few days before and she had been neglected from the previous owners so to help Darren and the team I was happy to give her a loving home at no charge as she was very unwell, Unfortunately, due to unexpected vet bills, I couldn’t afford the Ball Python I had reserved for a later date, but Darren, one of the most amazing staff members, went above and beyond and gifted me the snake as a Christmas present as he saw how heart broken I was not being able to get the snake I had reserved and was so excited to get! Darren’s kindness and care truly made me happy cry—his understanding, the cuddle before I left, and the support he gave me as an autistic woman was so heartwarming. It’s not often you meet someone who makes such a big impact, but Darren absolutely did. I also purchased a stunning boa constrictor for my husband’s Christmas gift, who is in perfect health and absolutely amazing. On top of all that Trimar Aquatics and Reptiles has fantastic prices, an incredible range of animals, and an atmosphere that’s always warm and inviting. I cannot recommend them enough and will as always be back I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
