Their own parlour is worth a visit, and has both indoor and outdoor seating plus a kids play area on their premises. Brilliant service, would happily take a detour for it. A good selection of ice-creams,. I particularly like the lemon which has an element of tartness. The young chap serving was handling cash and change from customers in the queue then handling cones bare handed, without washing hands or using a napkin to pick up the cones. Who knows what bacteria was being picked up off the cash & the cross contamination being transferred. The ice-cream was delicious, I had to throw the waffle cone away, shame as it's a bit of a put off & you pay a little extra for it served this way as well. The peace was also broken in the yard entrance by a farm employee who sat on a 4x4 buggy & left the engine running whilst he sat on the phone for 10 minutes, completely oblivious of nearby customers trying to enjoy the peace. So not quite the idyllic farm visit that I'd planned when I decided to have a ride out from Falmouth with Callestick as my goal! We always visit Callestick Ice Farm when visiting the nearby Healeys Cyder Farm. Lovely locally produced Ice Creams, Sorbet and dessert treats, very fairly priced and of great quality. Nice little cafe to have some cornish ice cream. The panins are really nice as well. Everything is good value, and the warm cookie dough and ice was delicious. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Cornwall. Amazing ice cream, love the hot waffle and warm cookie dough! Plenty of ice choice (16), they do offer vegan/dairy free however there were only 2 options of ice and 2 sorbet. Very reasonably priced. Atmosphere wise it would be nicer if they put some music/background noise on as it's very quite and echoes so feels a little like a library. Visit yearly and never disappointed with the friendly service and more importantly the ice cream! I have had to queue at times but well worth the wait. Extremely reasonably priced, I had a gold bar milkshake and it was top draw. The kids play area and picnic area is clean and tidy, with no charge for parking. 10/10 Beautiful spot to have a lovely lunch or sweet treat. My tea was delicious! My partners sundae was incredible! He got the crunchie sundae and there was sauce and honeycomb pieces throughout the whole sundae. Would definitely come again!! Wonderful experience. Very pleasant staff. Catered very well for my husband who is gluten free, even going to the trouble of opening a fresh tub of ice for him. ice cream, wonderful hot chocolate, polite, friendly staff.
