Annual MTB trip this year Morzine, 4 of our party hired from La Pedalerie Morzine. Polite happy and keen to make sure you have the best time. They couldn't do enough. I had an issue day one, no messing no arguing they just did as you expect but with a smile. Any issues we had was addressed. Couple changed due to not getting right for the area no hassle if they can sort it they DO! Would I we go back or recommend? We bought them a crate of beer does that answer your question! Great service from Emanuel and team. We received top tech DH . I recommend renting from Emanuel These guys are amazing. Quality, well maintained bikes. Hassle free, took the backs each night. New tyres, brake pads placed in when needed.. gave me a great discount on purchasing some leat body armour. Other members of our group wished they had hired from here. What a great set of guys whom are running this cycle hire business ! We have just had three days hire, our were well prepared and looked after. We wanted to try other out, which was absolutely no problem, and in many cases were done for free (which was really appreciated). Very friendly guys, made you feel welcome, and couldn’t do enough for you. Thoroughly recommended. We even bought the guys at the shop some beers to say thank you as they were so good. Thank you 🙏🏼 We have used La Pedalerie for the last 4 years. They have always been excellent and have accommodated changes in orders at late notice. This time we hired 5 different - all of excellent quality. They were all set up for our needs. My sons have particularly enjoyed the DH Pivots. Emmanuel is always very good at sorting any servicing out over night and has been particularly good when we have required some repairs. I plan to return to them again next year Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, hired the Hope 916 that turned out to be the owners personal bike!
