They have a ticket machine for bike passes but make ppl queue up for half an hour for Luge tickets. Such a waste of time.. Axel who works at the desk and information point is honestly one of the most helpful and lovely people I've ever met. I am out here for the season and was having trouble with being cut off from the world, due to both my UK and French sim being totally cut off. He listened to the Orange customer service advisor and spoke to them on French for me. Axel also asked unsolicited about my feedback on other services offered by the resort. Going well beyond what's expected, 100% 5 stars, merci beaucoup! I've been in serval times and found the staff were not overly helpful so I had to ask lots of questions to get one word answers. I usually end up phoning the tourist office in Les gets who are much better.
