I’m visiting from San Diego, California my friends who had visited Rupit last year recommend this place to me, saying that it was out of this world. Full of nature with amazing green views of the valleys and mountains. I stayed 4 nights at this place. The house was very cozy and roomy with 3 terraces that are great for barbecuing or just enjoying it with wine and a fire pit. Pavel the host, was extremely accommodating and fun to be around with. He drove us from Barcelona to Rupit. He gave lots of recommendations for food, wine, cheese and charcuterie tasting along the town. I would definitely come Back to this place and stay at Casa Rufo! Fantastic stay and amazing hospitality. Paul was accommodating of my bike and as I arrived late also cooked me dinner. Which was delicious! Great conversation too. Highly recommended to stay here. Rupit is lovely little town also The location is choice and we were lucky enough to get the large room with oodles of space. The house is large with outside areas and inside communal areas that are well organised and clean. Pavel, our host was welcoming and very social. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place. Firstly, everyone should definitely visit Rupit. This is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Observation platforms, a waterfall, an ancient quarter, many roads for walking. The house we stayed in was very cozy and spacious. The owner is a very hospitable person. He told and showed a lot about Rupit. It was very interesting and we felt like we were in a family. And he also has three wonderful dogs Rufo, Dex and Aslan. They're very kind. Rupit is an amazing village. I went with a friend and we had a wonderful time exploring the architecture and countryside. Casa Can Rufo was our guest house and the host, Pavel, gave great local recommendations for things to do and food to try. He was very responsive and helped us out when a minor medical issue came up. I am hoping to travel here again. There were a lot of incredible views of the town as well as the surrounding nature preserve, with virtually no crowds despite coming during the summer.
