From my frantic early phonecall with Darren, to all communication with Dan they have not only been extremely professional and efficient but incredibly kind and compassionate. They came out the same day to survey and treat my rat infestation. Dan was an absolute expert and his confidence was hugely reassuring. He quickly identified the route of the and returned multiple times to ensure treatment was effective. He’s given me excellent advice along the way. I really feel they went above and beyond. When you are dealing with pests in your home you want exactly what Isca provide; a calm confidence, expertise and reassurance they have it handled. As a woman living alone it can be extremely unsettling, scary and overwhelming to deal with a pest but in ISCAs hands I felt very safe and comfortable. I can’t thank them enough. Darren took care of a hornets that took residence behind my wall tiles within 24 hours of contacting him! He gave me reassurance that if activity hadn't stopped within a couple days to contact him again. However, within 12 hours, my wall was silent. Thank you Darren. We had a hornet hive in our wall. The council gave us a two week wait time, but Darren came out within 24 hours of our call and treated it efficiently. He was very friendly and professional. I was able to start painting my house next day and not a in sight. Brilliant! We had a really bad on our street that the council weren't able to control. One phone call to ISCA and Darren managed to find where the rats were accessing the road, block it off safely, and remove the rats that had found a way under the terraced houses.
