Like many other golfing spots we've tried, this one provides a very high level of value for money. Only there for 1 day. Other half was playing. I just walked round. Course and surroundings are immaculate. Very little road noise. You can here yourself breathe. People are very welcoming and the breakfast and breakfast rolls were amazing. Best rolls had in ages. Hot food was hot and not overly priced. Would definitely go back. Excellent course, lovely views, friendly Clubhouse with lovely food. Short but loads of fun, would be a good course for a beginner. Not a bad coarse. The vast majority of greens were sloping and fast which made putting challenging and a miss would see the ball roll many feet past . Approch shots into the green would shoot of the greens which felt unrewarding and as the coarse was busy you felt rushed on each hole. Clubhouse OK but food was not great. Very tricky, lovely, golf course. You need to plot your way around this course. There isn’t a flat green on the 18 holes. Every green has borrows. Try to land on the down side of the flags, otherwise you have a fast downhill putt with a borrow. Nice clubhouse with ample car parking space. A small coarse but a lot of challenges. Great reception and all sundries available a well kept and presented coarse. Will definitely play again, often!!👍 We had a lovely lunch here. Great food and friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
