For my mother's birthday we searched for a nice location to grab a bite to eat for dinner. Finally, we arrived here because it was one of the few restaurants that opened its doors on Mondays. And it was a good choice through and through: The meals were excellent (I had the grilled vegetable plate, my father the grilled meat plate and my mother stuffed calamaris with potatoes) and the prices affordable either. Accommodating waiter too, so all in all a good address for getting something yummy to est in the evening. We used their food delivery to our accomodation in Stiška Vas. Worth to wait (50 mins) for our order because pizza was great. We had cheese, seafood and meat pizza, all of them were tasty. Prices are fair (approx. 29 € for pizza and delivery/packaging). “Great, delicious plate for 2 (24 eur) and huge portions” 👌 Restaurant Pod Jenkovo Lipo offers good place for lunch, dinner or just a drink 👍 + we ate "plate Lipa for 2" (24 eur) and delicious mushroom soup (3 eur) + amazing homemade bread; + pizzas (6 - 9 eur), meat dishes, fish dishes, daily lunches (10 - 12 eur); + huge place with big (free) parking space; +- polite but slow waiters. All in all, great experience 🔝 Many places seem to close early so we were lucky to find this restaurant open when a group of 5 of us arrived at 9. The pizzas were freshly baked and excellent. Beef soup was a bit disappointing. The half chicken with chips was huge ...... probably the biggest half chicken I've ever seen. Service was friendly and fast. Prices very reasonable. Another great meal. Nice place. Good food for hungry people. However, not something special for gourmets. They should renovate chairs outside. Nice place for cyclists. I like it a lot but I think this more as a positive criticism to improve place. Authentic local food, fun atmosphere n very friendly people. The place was packed so I do recommend you call ahead and reserve a table. The staff is very friendly and professional, but they could slow down a little and take their time when taking your order. We ordered pizzas and they were good. Nothing special but nothing to complain about either. They were the right thickness and the toppings went well together and we didn't have to wait for too long despite the place being crowded. The ambience is nice, with a modern design mixed with contemporary colours. I haven't seen such poor organization in a long time. One waiter takes drink orders, another doesn't know who to take them to. After ordering (daily menu, nothing out of the ordinary) no one looked at me for the next 45 minutes, even though it wasn't crowded. After I reminded the waiter, the courses started coming, still with delays. It took more than two hours to get three courses of lunch. The food is average (soup full of noodles, passable main course, generic dessert). All in all, I don't recommend it.
