Accommodation was excellent. Clean new cabin lovely large balcony to sit out in and enjoy the views. Unfortunately the club area wasn't for us. Very dog friendly we unfortunately didn't have a dog and the constant barking wasn't for us. No area to sit if you didn't have a dog. After two drinks we went back to our accommodation. Highly recommend if you have a dog /dogs with you. The even have dog treats. Location of this parkdean is one of my favourites, pretty beachy views and hills all around. 2 bedroom caravan was clean and had everything we needed. The site was tidy, although some of the chalets look like they could do with some TLC. Lots of other people with dogs, very dog friendly. The we met or saw were lovely, but there was one occasion when we needed to talk to reception and no one was answering - not ideal. So service is a 4 out of 5. I have never been so impressed with a caravan holiday and resort. The have been absolutely amazing and so accommodating. On our first night we experienced some sort of gas leak in the Caravan and Security were so reassuring and got us moved and sorted as quick as they could and even removed a bed out of the new caravan to accommodate for a cot late at night. On our second night our 1 year old fell ill with a high temperature and at the same the resort had flooded due to the amount of rain. we were worried about not being able to leave if we needed to, to get her to hospital. After speaking to the around they reassured us they could get her to the hospital and even checked on her when they saw us walking past later in the night and told us to give them a call if we needed to get to the hospital. We were beyond amazed about the response to the situation with everything going on in the moment. The entertainment went above and beyond to accommodate our in the activities. The lifeguards and pool I don’t think get enough praise for what they do, they lent us a float when they saw we had forgotten ours. 1 lifeguard/ pool especially impacted our holiday amazingly, we didn’t get his name but his works in the restaurant, he was so caring towards our and reassured us as first and young parents that they could treat our and get her to to where she needs to be, we bumped into him in the morning to ask him what the restaurant opened and we were half an hour early but he let us stay so our could play in the soft play whilst we waited for it to open. This was our second staying with this resort and after the amazing experience we had the first we were so excited to come back and even after all the troubles we did experience we were so impressed with how we were treating that we will definitely be booking again. By far our favourite Parkdean resort and the most accommodating for our daughter. We cannot thank the enough for how helpful and reassuring they were ❤️ A lovely retreat with stunning views and accessible beach to estuary. Incredibly dog friendly, including water facilities in the van and dog friendly access throughout bars, amusements and park. Reasonable prices within facilities and a perfect mix of outdoor opportunities, entertainment, and planned activities on site but equally a quiet and peaceful escape for families, couples, and dogs alike. The accommodation was clean and storage facilities were unlike any other van we've stayed in! The shower was really efficient and heating worked well. Especially loved the bluetooth speaker integration to the ceiling. Only downside to accommodation was that there was no freezer facility which would have gone a long way considering we planned for a self catering holiday, and we'd have loved a cheese grater! But, all in all, these were minor points that were insignificant compared to the whole experience. WiFi worked well and whilst signal wavered a bit at times, with the rurality of the location it was to be expected so not a downside for us. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly too, which makes a big difference. Thank you so much for an amazing and we hope to be back very soon!
