The master made a very pleasant atmosphere with a seance and the outside fireplaces really gave a new element to the experience. Pools, and gardens are quite lovely a d relaxing. Went there in summer, middaynot busy, adternoon-evening busier. I did not like the lack of a map of the facility, i had to go around a few times to find stuff and had to ask the personnel. Also, no english text or explanation by the saunas. There should be. Swimming is good. Sauna area: lot of elderly man. I am not a fan of nudist saunas, because i do not like the sight of old men walking around naked + impolitely staring at you. But the are nice, a lot of different ones in small wooden houses + inside 2 steam+finnish steam. The plunge is not natural unfortunately. A nice big hot tub/jacuzzi is missing from the whole facility, in the winter or colder summer days that would be great. Best are the small infralamp tiny wooden huts. The instructions about using the facilities were not clear enough, and the staff was very unfriendly with their approach of trying to explain it, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. I will definitely come back. Super clean! We went there and it was 2.5 h drive on Friday, totally worth it. First of all if possible come during the day, the best if working day. It got bit crowded after 6 pm, but since it was Friday it was understandable. The area is more or less for families they have baby and one big slide, they also have 20 m sports and the most important thermal outdoor pool, with temperature around 35 degrees which was nice. The best we had was in area, since children aren’t allowed it is a romantic and silent treat, whether you are alone, couple or family trip. There are three indoor saunas, and lovely area outside with outdoor fireplaces, bio 75, three outdoor with 80/95/100 degrees and few different areas for relaxing, free of charge tea and we made most of it by going up to the bar and had a glass of wine with wonderful view. They also have the programs with performers there, but we were already overwhelmed by everything that we just enjoyed romantic time. We paid for slippers and bathrobes, but as we were about to enter the sauna, someone took them right in front of us. We then asked the staff for replacements, only to be told we had to pay for them again, despite already having paid. This is completely unacceptable and left us feeling frustrated and ripped off. The staff was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about resolving the situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as the lack of professionalism and poor customer service completely ruined our visit. Absolutely awful at the so-called wellness/sauna/pool place at Kronplatz. My girlfriend and I walked in expecting to relax, instead we found a completely overbooked, overcrowded mess. People were literally queing for showers, for saunas, queuing for the chill areas. It felt more like a chaotic train station at rush hour than a wellness center. We were inside for maybe six minutes: just long enough to change, take one look around, and realize we’d paid to enter something unusable. We immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a refund. Their response? A shrug and: “It’s peak hours. Sorry, we can’t return the money. We can give you a voucher.” As if we’d ever want to return after that disaster. The only “kindness” was that they didn’t charge us for the towels, which honestly, I wouldn’t have paid for anyway after that level of disappointment. Save your money, your time, and your nerves.
