But yikes, there are so many better beaches 2-3 train stops away (in France). This is just bad. Trash, rocks, piles of debris, suspicious guys walking around, yelling at each other, no benches, heavy seas, debris in the sea, depressing cafes... go elsewhere. Pretty ideal location when it comes to taking a quick nap while on the way to the south of Portugal. They have 24/7 amenities available in the nearby area, as well as phenomenal Lavazza.
